I had an enjoyable experience, and I always have. I didnt feel cheated or anything of that nature as I stay informed. I feel that the store provides a vital service and haven for enthusiasts and individuals who are new to the card community as well. I would offer one piece of constructive criticism, and I do hope you take it as such. It really isnt necessary to get a few jabs in on anyone who found themselves to have experienced what they perceived as a rough go in your store. It happens. Not everyone is "new" to the scene, uninformed, or just posting to deride your benevolent contributions to the culture through the store. It is possible that now and again people catch you on a bad day or just didnt think they got the best for their money. Insulting them doesnt give you an edge, though I get why youd want to respond to people who you feel malign the store. Not everyone has the level of knowledge you have, and not every kid or young adult is going to know they arent your target audience, specifically if you snap at them or get rude with them without giving some kind of explanation. If anything, it keeps a potential customer and member of the community from advancing beyond that one time experience. Good luck. Thanks for what you do.

This Place is Awesome! they Are Nice and Fair and really fun to hang around. you can play card games with other people, play video games with other people. awesome selection of comics, really fair in price and trade in value. now dont expect to get what you want paid out of it since they have to go with what the trade in value for whatever comic or video game it is. just be lucky you get anything at all, trade in value wise. if you want more than what the trade in value is then sell on ebay or something. but even still Fanatix is very awesome and will soon be even more Awesome when they get Board and Table things set up in . and this review is to counter any persons dumb 1 star review for whatever dumb reason they have. Dont listen to any 1 star reviews for fanatix, those dont count. I encourage People to tell their friends and family about fanatix and come and hang and have fun and do and or buy whatever you want to do and or buy. I give Fanatix 5 Stars! due to thats the max I can give on this review thing. if I could I would rate Fanatix 1000 Stars!

I remember when the first location opened up shortly after I graduated high school. How badly do I wish it existed while I was in high school. Phil has always been amazing and introduced me to the world of warhammer 40k. Sadly I have moved from the great state of AL and wish so badly a store of this caliber could be found here. I cant express the amount of jelly I have to all you who get to enjoy this amazing business. Phils hard work and dedication in Fanatix has literally kept Dothan alive when it comes to card games, table top game, and just anywhere a Nerd wants to "nerd out". Keep doing what youre doing Phil. Keep those franchises coming maybe ill see Fanatix in a location near me soon. PS seriously I miss fanatix 3

This place is a piece of work.. Only offers 50% trade in value for cards and like 35% cash value... What a joke! Very unfriendly and very unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE, its dirty, disorganized, and extremely poor selection of cards! Go find a real shop that knows what they are doing. Most shops will provide 60% or even 75% for trade in value. And sorry phil I am not new at this. Organized? your shop has a rack with uncommons and commons in which "we" have to go find the card in this mess of boxes that are just labeled by set. How about you take your lazy employees and organize it by color or at the very least have your employees find it for us. You have a lot to learn when it comes to selling Magic cards.

The only negative aspect of Fanatix is their shift away from video games over the past year or so. Video games are now a fairly minor part of the Fanatix experience, with the store focusing most on cards, tabletop RPGs, and comics (anime included). Overall, the staff, environment, and products are top-notch. However, if you are walking in there for the explicit purpose of gaming, you will likely be less fulfilled than if you walked in there for the purpose of playing cards or picking up the latest issue. Unless you are into fighting games, there isnt as much appeal. Every year, Fanatix hosts a general geek convention, which is a major service to the Wiregrass area, and should be commended.

I came in last night Saturday 5/6/17. My son wanted to come in and look at comics. I looked around the store and the employees were very friendly. It just so happened to be "free comic book day" so you can imagine how excited my kids were. It was decently busy. several tables filled up with teens playing card games. Made my way to the cafe side and ordered several drinks. All of them were AMAZING!! Some of the best coffee ive ever had!! I can see how this is a cool hang out if your into this scene. The owner was out of his way nice. Very helpful and very pleasant. I will definitely be back for some more coffee.

They dont jack up the price of alt comic covers that they can buy in bulk & as many as they want too, like other stores. Items seemed pretty stocked and theres a good selection of back issues/tcg packs that the sales reps are always willing to go through with you.... like the Facebook page for events if you are looking to start playing any of the card/bored games..... or just go in and talk someone inside. Everyones nice. I plan to go back everytime I visit dothan.

This store is amazing. I have been around Fanatix and in Fanatix since I was about 14. Im 18 now and it keeps growing. They have awesome owners, and so many cool products. It has all your gaming needs; whether it is tabletop, video, or trading cards. They have events consistently and they are usually really fun. I cant wait to take my future kids to Fanatix one day.

Fanatix is a great place if you are looking to get into board and tabletop gaming! Speaking of board and table... The Board and Table Cafe is now open in Fanatix and they have a full service cafe serving all of your favorite drinks with a nice atmosphere and tons of games you can try out while you enjoy your coffee!

I thoroughly enjoy Fanatix, I would love to rate it 10/10, but they will just have to settle for 5/5. Ive been coming here for almost three years and I can say they havent let me done yet if I request something or have any questions! They are also very understanding if youre running a little late to an event as well!
