I was sold a plan, managers said was not possible. The associate that sold it to me that was out for awhile had come back. Said he doesnt just make up prices. Got Internet an cable. Uverse internet an direct TV . Told me it would be $65 with tax. Been in the store many times ! Still isnt right. Was going to charge me $200.to move services when i told them i was moving in weeks. Then when I talked to the person that sold the package told me it would be $75???? What !!!! Thats not what he said. Then told me I could pay $200.... an the bill would be 45 a month! What an no one can explain Talked to dtv after an no one can explan what the 200 was for. Its there fault an they should have fixed it ! Why are they asking me to pay 200? ! Very unhappy ! Also had to go threw four phones in 15 days!!! Lost lots of info !!! Even watched at&t try an talk to dtv an they called wrong number an gave me wrong number .. they tried! All i could do is say i told you so an thats why i gave phone to you at&t Ive had enoughf, i know im not the only one !!! This store needs more training who has that kind of time an gas to go back an fourth to a store ? So mad !!!! Many phone calls where made ! So stressful.

I went into the store on Aug. 28th to upgrade my phone. The female associate that waited on me rushed the transaction because she was ready to go home. She spent most of the time talking bad about her coworkers and how she didnt care for sex offenders while surfing the Internet. Then she decided to stop the transfer of my files telling me that the rest was large files that I didnt need. After I walked out of the store, she locked the door, for me to find out that my data wasnt turned on. After knocking several times on the door with no answer, I had to call customer service to get it turned on. Very unprofessional service.

Short staffed. Friendly staff, but it takes forever to be helped. I went in today and had to listen to an employee very loudly argue over the phone about how she refuses to pay her activation fees because she is an AT&T employee. It was very uncomfortable to sit through because she was loud and belligerent in her own workplace. Very unprofessional in my opinion

Nice store but waiting on someone to talks to takes forever. Also, it seems like the employees do not have your best interest at heart and are trying to heard you through like cattle. If it wasnt for the unlimited data I would have stayed with Verizon.
