Very dissatisfied. I signed over my M1 Garand on consignment (15% fee) a few months ago. Had an offer for $100 below what I wanted. The owner called and left a message. I called the shop back within 30 minutes and no answer, so I called the sales desk. Whoever answered said he hadnt heard of the offer, but would pass on my acecptance of it. I called back 2 days later asking the status of the offer, and again, no one had heard of it. The owner had gone on a 4 day Harley ride immediately after leaving me the initial voicemail and not informed anyone at his shop that there was a pending offer on my consigned rifle. I called back 5 days after the offer and talked to the owner. He said since the customer had so long to think about it that he had backed out. THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW. I got an offer on it on my own for what I wanted. Had to pay $25 to remove it from consignment, oh well. I got a hold on the background check (not their fault) for my own rifle, but they said theyd call me if it came through before the 5 days. I called 2 days later and they said still waiting. I went in once the 5 day hold expired to pick it up and the clerk said it had been approved for pickup the second day, but they couldnt call me as they didnt have my phone number. MY PHONE NUMBER WAS ON AT LEAST 3 DOCUMENTS I SIGNED THERE, AND THEY HAD ALREADY CALLED ME TWICE BEFORE. Bottom line: communication there SUCKS. Dont expect them to do anything except the minimum. I used to shop there all the time, but now I refuse to even buy a $5 rifle sling from them.

Employees are apathetic to outright rude, and not very knowledgable. I have bought numerous guns from them, mostly because it was close to where I live. I waited 6 weeks for an order from their website. When the website says 3-10 days. I recently bought a firearm online, thinking maybe they had the kinks worked out. Once again shame on me, weeks later I have not seen the firearm and the owner says in order to cancel he would charge 20% restocking fee. On an item that is not even in stock! At no time will they call or email you and update you on your order, they wont even apologize for breaking the contract you enter on their website. I will never do business here again, I try to go to small businesses instead of Cabelas and such. However Cabelas customer service has always been a pleasure to deal with. Not so much at County line.

I purchased two handguns and a bunch of ammo a couple years ago from this shop, so then I decided to have them work on my Marlin lever action 30/30. I wanted a new barrel and stock to spruce it up. I have had to call numerous times and remind them who I was and what they were supposed to do. Turns out they couldnt get the barrel off and messed it up in the process. I still havent been able to get my gun from them. They have probably parted it out by now since it has been a couple years. These guys are crooks. I have purchased several guns since this, but not with them. Never deal with these guys or let them touch your guns. Like me, you may not get them back!

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Forget trying to get a hold of them by calling, all you ever get is a busy signal and disconnected = no voicemail. Mostly just old retirees who have nothing better to do, but hang around a gun shop. They have absolutely no technical knowledge about anything, historical, saami spec, or about product line past-n-present. Funny Ive meet actually more knowledgeable staff and firearm enthusiasts at local pawnshops. Only reason i go to countyline is because sometimes i can find surplus ammo or a used rifle that interests me (never a bargain though, usually priced retail even USED).

I love this store! they take time to talk to you make sure that the guns youre buying are the right ones to invest in. They stayed open late for over an hour for my wife and I to buy a coupple XDs. They took time to talk to her about getting the right pistol for her to carry and let her hold a few side by side to compare. Good prices and they will reload you spent bras on some hard to find calibers like 30-40 krag ammo. All in all i will drive an hour out of my way when I live by a gun shop with a indoor range to just shop or stop in to BS.

I have been to the store many times over the last couple of months, I have had the best experience with the employees of County Line Shooting Sports. The owner David has treated me with up most respect and taking care of all of my needs in a very professional way. I am working with Nick right now to do a cerakote on my AR pistol his skills seem to be very high-end. I will come back and re review in a week or two after seeing the finished product of my AR pistol. I would recommend this store to my pickiest of friends

Every time I went into the store they have been very busy, but have been very helpful. I like it when they are busy they stop and ask what can they do for me and show a concern. I may have to wait, but at least they know what I am waiting for. Each time I bring in a issue with one of my weapons they have been professional and ready to help. I have had them bore site my M4, adjust my 308 hand rails, and purchased quite a bit of items at low prices.

Terrible customer service. I had a gun shipped to them and it has been there for 2 days and I cant pick it up. Apparently there is only one woman that can "enter it into the computer, and she isnt here". They dont know why she isnt there, nor when she will show up. I asked to talk to the boss and was told "He is in Vegas". Not helpful. Good gun selection and friendly staff; but this sucks!
