BEWARE!! Furniture looks great at a great price. SARA Collection Furniture is NOT a great quality. The furniture (sofa) will last about 6 month at regular use before u have an issue. Customer Service (when they answer) will tell you they will pick it up for repair, but chances are they never set the delivery after they give you a date. You will have several more issues, and although it is "still under warranty" the fix will be sloppy, they will procrastinate to get it fix. My furniture has been fixed several times and its still broke. The "extended warranty" will not cover A LOT of scenarios, so be careful what you tell them, and they will not cover unless the warranty is over. JENNIFER from customer service will rarely note your account when you call for service or request. She had told me twice a date of service. Only to find out after I get my days off from work that she didnt schedule the delivery or the "home service" to stitch the furniture. Stitching was done in a very sloppy manner by someone they sent (it got un-stitched in January, so lasted about 4 months). In SAMANTHA, Jennifers supervisor, seem to work with more ethic and respect. I believe shes the most qualified in customer care because she does get things done in a timely manner. This past January one of the legs base broke, leaving the sofa inclined to the side (mind you I rarely sit there since Im a flight attendant and Im not home a lot). She tried to perform an exchange of my discontinued, damaged, low quality furniture but her manager DID NOT authorized it, knowing the issues Ive had. Her name is SARA. Sara is extremely rude and will have no kind of compassion or manners. Samantha politely offered me to talk to her see if the lady would change her mind. By far, the worst customer service manager I have seen in my life. Not because she didnt exchange it, but the HORRIBLE ATTITUDE she had. She answered my call after 2 voicemail of 2 different days unanswered, questioning me why do I have to contact her and "Well, you get what you paid for..." Since Jan of 2017 Ive had to made a total of 33 calls between calling to have my furniture picked up and attempting to schedule the delivery of it, and get my ottoman fixed too. They came to pick up the sectional but they said the ottoman was not on the invoice. That was over 2 weeks ago. Now, they have agreed to pick it up when they deliver the section. Well see... BEL Furniture is the WORST furniture company. Im not exaggerating, you will not be happy. Theres a reason it is rated low. I never saw myself rating this company and certainly not this low. I wasnt concern about the rating because I figured people would only review negative comments. But I was wrong.

Horrible Service: My husband and I purchased furniture on Feburary 24,2017. The delivery date was 3/3/2017which they kept that date. Delivery guys get there and they bring in 2 of the same of sofas. We was missing a love seat. We called the store and they had no regard to the error passing the blame to the warehouse. So the delivery guys called the corporate office. They was able to set up another delivery date to bring out the correct piece. After we received the correct piece 3 days later the recliner broke. Then we had to call the store to have them send someone out to fix it. The service called called on 3/14/2017 at 8 am to inform he would be there between 2pm to 6pm. Well the time went and came no call. So we had to leave the house. The service guy finally calls at 7pm to inform he was at our door. We informed that we was not there and we would call the store to speak with the. We end up going in to the store the next day because my husband wanted to make sure we had the correct color furniture but guess we did not... We order gray they delivered brown. We informed the rep at the front desk. She wanted us to go home and take pictures and email them back in to the store well we did that. Finally they informed us they would be on 3/30/2017 to replace the entire set with the correct color. We was happy but then the furniture gets there and its still the same color. So I call the store to inform them it was the same color and the rep at the desk informed me she could give me the used furniture off the show room floor since it was the correct color and the only one they had. Now I paid 1200.00 in cash for this furniture and they want to give me used crap... And they think its ok. They have made this night mare a living hell. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. They need to shut down all they are doing is taking ppl money with no regard.

BEWARE IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Customer service is not one of their top priorities!! They will tell you they have your item, but when it comes time to deliver it they will not show up, or if they do it will not be in the time frame promised. And they will not call you about your time frame, you have to call them to find out. Then they will give you the run around on when you will recieve your prurchase. I have been waiting 2 weeks for mine, and still have to call everyday to see when it is suppose to be delivered....but they never have any information. I scheduled the delivery for 4 days after I bought it, they have told me 2 different delivery days and still no sign of it! Then I was told that the driver has it on his truck, but is off for the day and hasnt returned the truck. I have spoken with 2 different managers who tell me there is nothing they cando about it. One even asked me if "what do you want me to do? Bop them on the head to get the job done?" I said " you are the manager...if they are not doing their job they need to be reprimanded.....that is your job as the manager!!" Now I have submitted my complaint to the Better Business Bureau about this. After I did i noticed another person had posted a similar complaint with them also. So I realized it wasnt just happening to me. Once I dug deeper I found over 40 different people with the same problems. Buying products that were not being delivered, and the company wont give a refund, just a store credit! How outrageous is this!!!!!! Please, dont let this happen to you, it is time consuming and beyond rediculous. With all the other furniture places out there, you can find a better place to get the things you need! This one needs to go!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I made a purchase at the Bel Furniture at 20424 Highway 59 N. Humble, TX 77338 on December 6, 2013. The purchase was an in store purchase and was not a special order. The furniture is not scheduled to be delivered until Jan 13, 2014. After reviewing the purchase with my fiancee that does not currently live in the country, she did not like the style of bedroom set that I purchased. After the discussion with my fiancee, I went straight to Bels Furniture and asked for a refund because the store did not carry the style that she wants. Six days after the purchase, they said they could only give a store credit or a refund minus a restock fee of 25%. No one said anything about this policy when I made the purchase. The receipt states that (Orders: Original purchase price cannot be changed after the date of purchase. Arrival date of merchandise is estimated. Special orders take approximately 15 to 30 business days. Any special order (S.O.) is subject to 25% restocking fee if cancelled or returned. Customer is responsible for choice of size, color and style.) This purchase was not a special order. I think it is completely unfair to charge a 25% restocking fee for an item that was purchased off the floor that they have not delivered yet and was not special ordered.
