Let this serve as a warning to everyone. The staff here are not knowledgeable, they had me sitting for hours meanwhile they called the manager/supervisor trying to figure out how to set up an account. Sprint in general is horrible. There was not once when I had my actual balance available, apparently the people in this store misplaced my upgrade. Which by the way took forever also and they actually disconnected my line for a mistake they made. When trying to cancel the staff was rude and disrespectful.

I have been to 2 locations today I was gonna give up hope but Spencer and Daniel went above and beyond to make my experience the best not only where they accommodating to me but they also took the time to play with my daughter they explained everything to me about my transactions they are awesome!!!!!

On a Sunday, only 1 person in the store, waiting on a family of 5 who had been there long enough to order food from Pizza Hut next door & bring it back to eat there! Thats when we walked out!
