Was sent here by the Verizon Technical Person to get a new cable as after extensive over the phone troubleshooting he indicated that it was likely that the one the installation tech put in was bad. I got there at 6 and one of the staff informed me that they closed at 6 and I was lucky that "it was only a cable... because otherwise"... Not really sure what the "otherwise" meant... but it was delivered in a threatening and menacing manner... he then went and got a Coax cable and discarded the cable on the desk next to another employee and walked out. Interesting that I had a tech take 5 hours to install the service into the apartment to be told by the technical assistance after quite a bit of trouble shooting that it looks like a coax is bad but if I go to the store they could give me a replacement... "no hassles"... No Hassles apparently does not mean "no surly attitude and threatening behavior". The other employees looked bothered by the attitude and were understanding and helpful. They gave me the replacement coax and I left... almost immediately behind the surly employee... I admit that I had a fleeting thought that he was going to wait outside for me... and I actually considered pausing for a moment to make sure he was not loitering outside... Funny thing is the entire process took less than 5 minutes. Turns out the issue was with the existing coax in my apartment not being terminated (I think that is what the repair tech called it) properly... which required a technician to come out and replace the end of the coax that was in the wall... service works great now... and every other employee of Verizon has been very pleasant and amicable.

Stopped by Verizon yesterday to pick up a cable card. While I would have rather just had it sent to me it was going to be $20 shipping charges and wouldnt arrive for 3-5 business days. I decided to just drive to Bakery Square myself to pick it up. I was greeted and waited on promptly and was taken care of and out of there in less than 5 minutes. The rep answered my questions and provided me a number if I needed additional help. All in all a very nice store. Too bad its located in a shopping complex where there is NO parking (except if you drive a hybrid car) I drove around looking for a spot for longer than my transaction took.

People working here are very nice and helpful. When I was waiting for my FiOS installation, they shipped me a 4G LTE hotspot with free unlimited data that I returned after I got my fiber installed. They usually dont do that, but because they were having a strike, it took them more than 1 month to install my service, do they at least provided some temporary solution. I dont like Verizon because of how they treat their employees, but it was my only option.

I just read several reviews from visits to this verizon store that were not very good and I wanted to state I had the most positive experience dealing with their customer service. They listened, they saved me money and they made my service better. What more could you ask for. I rarely write reviews but they were so helpful I had to acknowledge their professionalism.

horrible experience, They put me into a contract after i repeatedly asked for the no contract option. Then weeks later wont hear it, Ive been on the phone for 30 minutes waiting to talk to a manager, only to have the sales rep say the manager cant help. Well I will be contacting the legal department as what the sales rep did is ILLEGAL

Verizon tells you to call ahead for an in-store pickup to make sure they have inventory. You call their location and its a recording telling you their store hours and nobody answers the phone. Went down they didnt have my inventory so I drove for nothing.

the hours are poor, the location is inaccessible, parking is impossible, it is the only place available in a 20-mile radius and should never have been plunked in a highly congested urban zone ... utterly unsatisfactory

Terrible experience. Im writing this at the counter now. They spent 25 minutes on the computer and another 20 minutes on the phone just getting me an additional TV adapter. I was the only customer in the store!

Way better than comcast! Much more honest and the bill has always been correct and the same since I got them in 2013. Comcast sent me a completely different total every single month; thats shady.
