Ive had decent service maybe once at this store. Once, my mother and I stood in line for a half hour while one clerk helped another customer and the other sat to the side eating food. Another customer walked in after us and was helped first. That was a 4 hour trip to the store to buy a new phone. Awful. The most recent time we went in, I was sure to do my research so I could go in, get the phone, and get out. No such luck. They didnt have my phone in stock. No problem, right? We ask when they might get more, and the young woman helping us informed us that they "get new stock in daily, but [they] never know what phones theyll be". Extremely disappointed in the service here. I can only hope that other T-MOBILE stores are not so terrible.

This store is absolutely terrible. The girls they have on staff were repeatedly rude to me and my girlfriend when we went in there, they have repeatedly told us that there was nothing they could do to help us with simple issues. When my girlfriends mom cancelled her line from their plan, they continued charging her for it for another 3 months then, challenged her to leave if she had a problem with that. When she did decide to leave and came back to pay off her phone, we were told that they couldnt take the payment and that she would have to do it over the phone. When we called their customer service, they asked why we didnt do it in a store.

Mike and and Josh are awesome! Josh hooked us up with a great deal on some CPO Samsung Galaxy S6s and when we had an issue with one, Mike called multiple stores to find a replacement phone for us even though it was almost closing time. We went to another store, got the new phone and paid a $50 restock fee, which Mike reimbursed on our next monthly bill for us. Only reason its not 5 stars is because an employee there told me on the phone they had "a few" of our phones in Stock and when we got there Mike informed us that they definitely didnt have any. It all worked out in the end. Thanks guys!

This store could use some more training in customer service. My husband and I went in today to have our service switched over from a different provider and the sales associates were NOT helpful at all. We let the sales associate know what we needed and in the middle of "attempting" (loosely speaking) to help us he answers the phone and proceeds to stay on the phone 20+ minutes. So we just walked out and went next door to Sprint and they were very eager to help us and we were in and put in 30 mins. New awesome service and phones.

Outstanding service. Luke and his team strive to provide good service and solutions. Recently I brought my old non-working phone hoping to retrieve a video file which I though Ive lost. Luke went to the extent of going to a competitors store to get a battery (or whatever part he needed) to get my phone to work and help me. Thats (in my view) top class service. Thank you.
