My 15 year son informed me that he thought he may need glasses because things were starting to look blurry so I took him to Walmart to have his eyes checked. The doctor was great...very friendly, knowledgable and explained everything to my son in terms that he understood. With the help of his friend, he picked out a pair of frames and had them adjusted to his face. We were told it would take about 7-10 business days. We paid and went on our way. This appointment was on May 18th! Here we are today, June 5th! I have yet to receive any calls from this company to let me know my sons glasses have arrived so I decided, its been past the 7-10 business days, Ill give them a call. Anger ensued! I was told the glasses have been there since May 20th and that someone had already called me so they wouldnt call a second time. May 20th??? Im not sure what number they called...if they called at all, but what I do know is I NEVER received a phone call from anyone. This man on the phone was so flippant about it, I couldnt believe the horrible attitude and poor customer service. He didnt even apologize until I asked him to. I need new glasses myself, but I can promise you I will NOT be buying them from Walmart in Mason, Ohio!!!

THE worst and berating office visits I have ever had. I have had glasses for 35 years. Horrible doctor. Told me I had all kinds of damage to my eye and needed an opthamologist and maybe a cornea specialist. Said I had in correctable astigmatism that I had given to myself. Had me call my spouse twice and told me I might need to call a third time. Scared me to think I would lose my vision. Went to get two other opinions. Barely have astigmatism and my vision is pretty close to my old prescription and needed low power bifocals.

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had. Ive had three separate occasions where Ive ordered contacts and never received them, or received them extremely late. Today I called and asked if they had my prescription in-stock as I didnt want to risk ordering them again only to not get them. The customer service rep said they were busy and that he would call me back, nothing. Ive given them multiple chances to keep me as a customer. Take your money elsewhere.

Everything about this store is a mess. Understaffed. Too busy to answer the phone. Too busy to call and let you know when your purchases are available for pickup. Poor customer service. Just call them, youll see. They also have no problems finding time to upsell you on another pair of glasses. bleh

I have called three different Walmart s to make an appointment for an eye exam. I guess they dont want to schedule appointments. I was put on hold twice at two stores and this store just hung up on me. I think Ill go somewhere else.

Not very friendly. I had to drag information out of the sales person and had trouble getting answers more descriptive than of the "Thats just how we do it." variety. Was not worth the trouble so I left.
