I bought an iPhone6 from best buy on Rothrock rd. Its been almost a year and Im still having problems. The first day I was there nobody knew anything about the phone or its features. Kind of shocking but thats ok I knew what I wanted and while I was leery, they assured me that they knew how to activate my new cell phone. But halfway through the process their...computers.. went down and they had to stop. 5 hours later (saw a lot of goofing off and dazed workers in this time) they sent me back home with my old phone half working as in- somehow I couldnt take or receive calls afterwards. I went back the next day and 3 hours later this time I got a brand new phone that couldnt take or receive calls yet AGAIN. Then again the next day I had to go back and have them fix it and now I can get calls but I have no voicemail. They acted like they didnt know what to do so I left. I spent about 20 hours and $800 in the store over a few days over this phone and they did nothing to make it right. Theres nothing anyone can say to make me go back there and Im defaulting on my phone bill because I wont pay for crap. I was right in my original thinking. Hey BEST BUY stick with the electronics because you suck at cell phones.

STAY AWAY>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>FAR AWAY from this Company. Their warranty program is a SCAM! I have purchased 2 televisions from them this year. I bought one in May and another in June. Both had to be returned as defective products.They wanted to send them OUT for repair. REALLY!!!! Are you kidding me? After 45 days of purchasing their products they gave me the option. Send them out for repair or get another TV and buy an additional warranty on the new items. So I have spent $450.00 for two seperate televisions that both BROKE within 45 - 60 days after purchasing. I had to purchase 4 seperate extended warrantys that cost me $120.00. Now who is making MONEY? SCAM MONEY! What happenned to customer service.....????????? Maybe they need to take a lesson from Emmets Fix It Shop........from the Andy Griffith Show! Now that was loyalty.....from both customer and owner. I hope the CEO reads this........ you have lost my business! Dave

Worst online shopping experience ever. My company placed an order for iPad and case for a work event I have in the morning. When I placed the order is said ready in approximately an hour so I waited 2 hours and went to the store to deal with two associates that seem to have no idea what they are doing. So they get apparently a supervisor who tells me the order isnt ready and I need to wait for an email and there was nothing she could do to expedite it. I wait 5 hours and call and after half an hour a supervisor tells me that Best Buy didnt process order for possible fraud. I dont understand how if that was the issue she couldnt have told me that when I stood there and could have easily proven my identity. Furthermore he tells me we can cancel the order and I can just purchase in store but couldnt be refunded my first order for 48 hours. I guess I will just go to Apple Store and bypass this poor customer service all together.

Terrible customer service! I know an upper level best buy employee in a different location that assured me I could return to any best buy not just his. So I tried at this Montrose location, as I introduced myself and my issue (returning a surface 2) I also said I would be upgrading to a Galaxy Pro 12.2 and that my friend assured me I could return. I was DENiED so I left. Got a call to go back that the manager DAVID had been spoken with. So I returned stood in a one man line for 20min while the managers subordinates ask me if I needed help. I replied no I just need to speak with him aka DAVID the manager. He didnt even try to acknowledge me even with a call from the other store. Even though I had left and came back. Even though I was going to be upgrading. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If you live north of this store go to Avon Lake where they can actually function and know that their main objective it Customer service!

On a Saturday 12/12/2015 the store manager Mark and a Samsung representative showed me a 55" 4K TV. on sale that was $500 off for $699. They told me the sale lasted Saturday and Sunday. I had to measure my spot before I purchased it. Sunday I went to order it online and the price went up to $999. I called the store Sunday and was on hold for 20 minutes. After calling back again I left a message with an associate for Mark indicating the issue. Mark never called me back. I then called him again Monday and after 10 minutes was able to speak to him. He said he never got the original message and also said he would never say the sale went for Saturday and Sunday. Mark would not honor his word concerning the sale. Im very disappointed that he would not honor his word. Its sad that when people tell you something they dont follow through. I certainly wont trust them again.

I am constantly disappointed by the lack of customer service at this location. About 20 employees just walked right by saying "excuse me" because I was in the way, and I was just browsing through aisles. Not one employee offered assistance. All I wanted to know was if an item was in stock. If I had been offered assistance, I would have been out of the store in 5 minutes instead of waiting for an hour for an employee to come and help. I finally flagged down an employee and after admitting a lack of knowledge about the item in question, he said he would get another employee to help. After 20 MORE MINUTES, someone finally came around and checked, only to tell me the item I was looking for was NOT in stock. Waste of a trip. If you have to go to Best Buy, shop online and Google your research first. Only walk in to the store to make a purchase.

did the store pickup option for a desktop computer. paid online with a credit card, but changed my mind. i brought cash with me to the store and asked if i could have the credit card money refunded to me and ill pay with cash instead. the lady at the customer service flatly refused saying she could not do so with no explanation. a few months before that, i purchased some headphones and picked up at the store doing the same thing, paying in cash and having my money returned to the credit card. she seemed more occupied and rather have conversations with her co workers. everytime i go in there, no one has asked if i needed help.HORRIBLE SERVICE. save your money and go somewhere else!!

Clean, Friendly, and Knowledgeable Staff. Newest Products, and they seem to always have them in Stock. Geek Squad has a little longer turn-around, but the thoroughness of their work, more than makes up for the delay. The only real downside to this particular store is the entrance and exit, which a little more thought would have gone into the Citys road lay-out. Have talked to both the Store Manager and the General Manager, both are friendly, accommodating and as willing to help as Corporate will allow them to. I live 28 miles from this BestBuy, but to me, it is worth the drive.
