I just picked up my bike last weekend and am very pleased with the service at Superior Motorcycles. Fred Burfle said it perfectly-- when Im there, Im treated like a customer, not an annoyance. Previously, my bike was running on one cylinder and Dan, the mechanic, was able to bring it back to life and running better than ever. Shane was very responsive over the phone and took the time to answer all of my questions. A minor issue I have is that service is a bit on the slow side. However, in their defense, my bike needed a good amount of work done. Theyre also a small shop, theres only one mechanic doing all the repairs, and theyre much better than the other shop in the area so they have a lot of business coming to them. So just a warning, depending on what you need done, it may take a while to get your bike back but they do a solid job so it is time well spent. I will be bringing my bike back there in the future.

Bought a bike in February from Bert. He advertised this bike at turn key ride across country. When we received the bike it did not start. Replaced the battery, the bike still did not start. Discovered the bike needed a new top end. (The engine had a lot of water in it from hurricane sandy), new carb and air filter, new wheel bearings, new starter, new charging system, new jack shaft, new inner clutch hub, and now it needs a new clutch. So much for turn key ride across country. Its July and I would just like to ride it down the street now. Reported to the BBB and a complaint has been filed with the New York Attorney General for internet fraud. Bert, you should have returned my calls.

Decided to buy a bike from here. I Had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Bert. He provided great customer service including picking me up from the ferry, being more than fair when it came to terms and price, and being generally friendly and pleasant. Further you could tell he was passionate about bikes. collecting some classics and formerly was a motorcycle racer. You can tell he is a man who believes treating people right is good for business. In fact, a few folks came in while I was there and mentioned they came on a friends recommendation. I was pleased doing business there and based on this first experience I will likely be back for service in the future.

This is a small independent shop located within a block of the only two remaining "franchise dealers" left on Staten Island. When I go there, Im treated like a customer and not like an annoyance. The customer service skills at the "franchise dealers" is terrible. Berts prices are more than fair, especially when you compare them to the other dealers. His mechanics have the same factory training too so its not like youre getting less for your money. Lower overhead/same parts and service/customer service=lower prices to the customer. Win Win to me.

Family owned, the only true honest motorcycle mechanic & sales shop for miles around. I should know, I have many vehicles & it took me years of unsatisfactory service before I found this quaint little place with phenomenal service & expertise. Highly recommended for the discerning motorcyclist who wants nothing but the very best.

Been going to Bert for at least 5 years. Never had a major issue, but he was great for small things. Recommended him to two of my friends and they have been very happy with him (more involved work done to their bikes). I would recommend at least trying them out.

Bert and his team are great. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers, do great work, on time and at fair rates. Highly recommended!

Not a fair business man, placed a small deposit and he kept 20% of it after changing my mind in less than 48 hours.
