The Shops serve as eyecandy for business people on lunch break, tourists, as well as high school students whether they can afford anything or not. Always an interesting mix of people coming through. My tips as a frugal teenager is 1. Sign up for Godivas reward system so you can claim a free chocolate every month. They still put it in a gold bag so treat yourself and enjoy your complimentary truffle. 2. Check out Williams & Sonoma. They always have cute kitchenware. Also, they serve samples of whatevers brewing in the kitchen. You can help yourself to a cup of water and in the winter/fall time they offer small servings of hot cocoa and apple cider. 3.The 2nd floor is used as promotional space sometimes. I got my hair done for free along with free products because garnier & fructis were doing a public event. As Im typing this, Im actually at a Google PLUS promo space, working my way towards a pair of GOOGLE SOCKS. Dont judge me. 4. Have somewhere to go and youre looking bleh? Stop by Sephora and give yourself a manicure or do your makeup without being pressured to buy something. 5. I forget how long this place is open until but I always come here to use the bathrooms because it beats a fast food restaurants. 6. Pretend youre fancy as hell, walk into a designer store and pretend youre trying to figure out what you shall be purchasing for your exclusive event. Pretend youre famous, build an alter ego! Have quite the time *raises monocle*

A mall that offers great views, great stores, in the heart of NYC. This area has so much to see and do. The subway stations are at the entrance so there is no excuse to step in and enjoy. The mall has art and you walk in greeted by giant statues welcoming you to take pictures. Downstairs you have WHOLE FOODS, while the main level treats you to stores like PINK, Swarsworski, and go up the level for more great stores like ART OF THE SHAVING and Sephora. Great restaurants with fine dining and park views. Bathrooms are clean and plentiful. I have never waited on line. Go up another level and find more great shopping. The store gives goodies if you use Mastercard.

I go to the whole foods here. Mostly for the warm bar and very little shopping. I find that all whole foods merchandise differently, this one has a moderate option of items that I mostly purchase. I also go to the holiday light show sometimes. I havent done much shopping other than the Borders book store they use to have and is now out of business. However, there are many shops available. I believe they put a Charlotte Rouss in place of the book store. Dont quote me in that. I do, Neve, love Charlotte Rouss. Its a reasonably priced store with trendy options. Every now and then, you can find some great basics.

do not call this place a mall. the people who lay their lives there might take it to offense. its near almost everything. from snacks to hearty meals and low priced accessories to high end attire, The sops have it all. the decor is amazing. they even have huge hanging stars for the holidays. i am in love with the two huge naked male and female statues. everyone has fun with them because they are so huge and cartoon like. the scene is from all ages and the restrooms are usually clean. its a great spot to stop when the weather is horrid. you will enjoy this place.

Rudest security guards ever. It was before they opened, which is fine, but they harassed me about just trying to find a bathroom before I went upstairs to Landmarc. Read that as a paying customer, not an intruder or trespasser like the bums chilling just inside the door. He also decided to outright lie about Landmarc. He told me they have been closed for some time. It was 15 minutes before my confirmed reservation and because of him I decided not to eat there. I hope Landmarc is thrilled that rude security ran off three customers.

Amazon Books recently opened. Staff are helpful but space is too small. They only sell books with 4+ ratings based on their algorithms for popular titles. Lacks the intimate feel and serendipity of finding something unique that book lovers like. Whole Foods has a nice selection for lunch to eat in or go across the street to Central Park for a picnic. William Sonoma inspires creativity for the kitchen. Thanks to Jazz at Lincoln Center jazz is alive and well. It all doesnt come cheap though.

It worth a visit to see a high end shopping center in Manhattan. Here you wont find cheaper stuff but branded one, meaning expensive. There are not too many shops there but the interior design and how it is curated it worth a stop. It was a current promo that if you show a mastercard card at reception you get a plastic dust bag with mastercard logo. The best thing is the whole food market located in the basement where you can actually eat food too with tables etc, etc.

Upscale shopping complex located in the heart of Columbus Circle. The shops mostly are very high end which makes a sense since they are in such a posh neighborhood. I normally go here to go to Whole Foods. Though I have picked some stuff at the Armani store in the past. I love the Bounchon Bakery located on the topmost floor which offers some really nice bakery goods. Be prepared to shell out some extra bucks if you are parking your car close to the circle.

When a day at Central Park leaves you in need of an interlude, The Shops at Columbus Circle offer something for everyone. World-class restaurants, cafes, Wholefoods, fashion, jewelry and entertainment are all conveniently located under one roof. Visitors have been known to drop by for one thing, but get lost for the better part of the day. My other reviews will highlight in detail some of my favorite businesses at this great NYC destination.
