I am a loyal customer of Verizon for over 5 years. Had the worst experience here. Extremely unprofessional staff/manager, bullies and liers. - 1 star - lying to me about my phone not being compatible with Verizon after using it on the network with Verizon for over 2 years. Nexus 6P - 1 star - running me around the store to 5 different people who where useless. - 1 star - by starting the conversation with we cant help you and then proceeding to deactivate my phone. - 1 star - for talking down to me the entire time I was in the store and take an hour of my time Would give them zero if it was possible. Ended up leaving with more problems then I came in with. Left went to the Verizon store in the Bridgewater mall and they fixed everything in under 10 mins. Will never go to this store ever again.

I went to the store to try and buy a phone and upon entering i was told by the clerk that I had 11min to make a decision because they were going to close. I was hurried through my decision of which new phone I wanted and ended up buying a phone that I disliked. So I went in the next day only 10 hours later to try and exchange the phone with a new one that I could have more time to try out. I was told by the same man not only that he was not in a hurry the night before but that I was in a hurry! Then I was told that in order to exchange the phone I had to pay a $35 fee. All in all, a rude clerk, a terrible experience, and I would not recommend visiting this store.

Worst experience ever, I made an online orde for quick store pickup. Entered store had a few customers but by no means busy. I was told to wait theyd be right with me. Meanwhile several staff members milled around talking using their phones and I even saw 3 of them gossiping with who I suppose was an outside friend, since their conversation had nothing to do with Verizon. And then we get to the ghetto staff. Theyre rude, unhelpful and had me waiting for almost a half hour, before even getting started processing my stuff. All this for a product that was already paid for. Dont go here, avoid verizon altogether if you can.

Walked in to terminate a line from a family contract and was rudely received. Not only was the salesperson disinterested in what I had to say, but she was condescending, rude and unhelpful. She made me feel like I didnt know or understand what she was talking about, when it was in fact her that didnt understand my simple request. I wanted to know how much I was meant to be paying for my share of the line, only to be told "in her opinion" that the rate was reasonable and that I "didnt get what she was saying at all". No wonder I never switched to Verizon. Worst experience ever.

DO NOT EVEN GO IN TO THIS STORE!!! the whole staff is rude and nasty- managers included. They do not help customers and more than half of them are not educated on any plans that they have available. You will wait forever and by the time your transaction is finally done youll wish you never even went there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! eg: i was just there last night at 8:50 pm (store closes at 9) and had the MANAGER lock the door and tell a customer that just left "go away were closed. read the sign on the door" and pull gate down with me and other customers still in the store.

Awful place with awful staff. Went in there for an upgrade and they jammed accessories down my throat. Went back with the receipt to get a refund for unwanted items and they took forever. First, the guy I explained the problem to was surprised that a salesperson was trying to make money and then spent 10 minutes trying to convince me to keep the items I didnt want. Second, while the refund was being processed the cashier and her friend sat there gossiping. Unprofessional and bad vibe in here, after my visit I asked a few friends and theyve also had bad experiences here.

The salesman in the store lied and misinformed me that my bill would be completely different. After being bashed and embarrassed for owning a blackberry the salesman tried forcing me to buy a iPhone, I refused and am still offended at how I was treated and lied to. My bill is 600.00 after I was promised unlimited on both of my phones. Luckily the 1800 customer service line assisted my and was able to explain all my billing questions. Never again will I go to Watchung Verizon.

I wish I could give a ZERO STAR review. Went here on two separate occasions and was treated poorly and disrespectfully each time. They made me feel to be incompetent in my simple request for an upgrade on my phone. All in all, I was given a huge runaround by all the employees who were less than willing to help. One clerk was more concerned with watching a football game than he was at helping rectify my situation. Avoid here at all costs!

Got there last night at 7:50 and they close at 8:00pm. The sales associate waved me off and when I showed her the time on my phone she just walked away!! Really? Im reasonable. I spend $100s of dollars a month with Verizon WIreless. She didnt even ask me what I needed!! I have a business account and own my own business. If she worked for me Id fire her. Unbelievable!!

Been seating in here with my friend for almost an hour now, no one is helping. Sales reps dont have customer service skills at all. Its funny how this store consistently gets bad reviews and corporate isnt doing anything about it. Hearing those people talk, its like their job is just to sell phones. No real knowledge about phones and their operating systems. Sad!

Worst customoer service experience ever. Sales clerk was extremely rude and abrupt. Technical support was useless. Spent over 2 hours in the store to get nothing accomplished. Went home and called Verizons customer service who did everything over the phone and were extremely helpful and friendly. We will never go to that store again.

Every time I go to this store you wait &wait & wait, they work like the old DMV . I your First three into the store you might get out in two hours (if your lucky). Think management at this location needs to go, and the union needs to be put to task, the are not NJ DMV, they even operate faster and better now than this store.

DONT GO!! Stood in line for over an hour just to be told they cant do anything for me. I called ahead of time to see if they could help me and i was told yes just come by. I was given an attitude and everyone there was nasty to customers. They walked around with no purpose or initiative. I WILL NEVER USE VERIZON AGAIN

The sales representative did not disclose all the fees that were charged resulting in a higher bill that I now have to contest. Do not go to this store as they do not take the time to clearly communicate and articulate all charges.
