We have been coming to this restaurant for about 6 years. The food is outstanding and the portions are massive, however, this last experience we had was aweful. We brought a party of 12 people to celebrate our friends birthday. We split the check 4 ways just to be fair with the ones that were not going to drinking alcohol. The waiter was nice and the food was outstanding as always, but what the waiter did at the end left us very unsatisfied. He asked if we wanted the 18 percent which is automatically charged in NJ when you have a party greater than 8 people to be split evenly between the 4 checks. We said yes. He came back with 17.31 charged to every single check. 17.31 times 4 equals 69.24 and the food we consumed summed up to a little over 200 bucks. He was forcing us to tip him 70 dollars out of a 200 dollar check. We were very dissapointed when we asked for this to be fixed and server didnt want to comply. Making it seem like it was an inconvenience for him to do so. Be aware if you ever decide to go here with big parties and split the checks.

The people are nice, except for the lady that tends to the carts, two times she purposely pushed carts towards me, where Ive had to get out of the way. The third time, I spoke to management. I understand that she might have some mental disorder and I applaud her for working, however, having this issue with her more than one time that is a risk to customers and will eventually lead to a liability. Cleanliness, I have to say they are an 80% clean store. The bathrooms, most door locks are damaged. And the as for the late shopping, yes, I too work late and odd hours and when getting out of work that late, having to wait on such a long line because there is only ONE cashier, not that convenient, and a little upsetting and not fair to the ONE casher. I would say for a multi-billion dollar company that pays a little more than minimum wages to their employee, maybe they should invest in a few extra cashiers to keep their business in business.

I’m a employee of the Wall Mart Sam’s Club chain trying to get a personnel manager on the phone, so I could transfer in to the store. This Wall Mart Store has the worst customer service I have ever come across. Its bin more than two weeks and I still haven’t spoken to a manager. I walked in to the store asking to see any manager on duty but I was told--By Dawn, a customer service associate--that "all the managers are at lunch at the moment and I don’t know when they will be back". Ironically, this is the same lady that answers the phone every time I called the store. This sort of behavior would not be tolerated at the store I work at, but is going on undisciplined here. I think it would be easier to bring down “Hitler" again than to get through “Dawn" at the service desk. The associates at this Wall Mart Stores Service Desk should be rethought how to give customer service.

The cart lady yelled at me and a child walking in the store at night. Seems she was confused because she yelled at us to not use the front entrance. She then called my child a "bad boy" and a "bad listener" (however I was the one directing him to go with me to the front entrance. She then FOLLOWED US into the store, yelling at us further. It was not until I yelled for a customer service agent to come help us that it all stopped. Cannot believe a Walmart employee thinks that its ok to yell at a child for doing nothing wrong.

Walmart itself is fine. You know what youre going to get at each one. But I was disappointed in the Mansfield Walmarts ability to manage a fundraiser I was a part of there. In talking to a weekend manager, he could care less if we were a.) given the right paperwork for the fundraiser and b.) actually allowed to run the fundraiser that day, even though it had been prearranged with a week manager. Obvious lack of communication amongst staff left me and our fundraiser disappointed.

Its Walmart and this one is smaller than others. Also the cashier was possibly the slowest human being I ever dealt with. I mean this in a literal manner. We only had three items and about the same for the two people in front of us.... 20 min later we finally made it through. I wish this experience on no one. The cashier makes the DMV seem like getting the flash pass at an amusement park. Enough said.

The shelves never seem stocked with items I need like diet Lipton green tea. If you can find someone, they usually can find some in the back but good luck finding someone. And no matter what time I go, there are never enough registered open. On the positive side, its clean and the prices are better than the supermarket.

On November 29th I was picking up some Christmas gifts. Walmart online showed the air hogs thunder Trax at 59.99 - target showed it at 69.99 and Kmart 59.99 but no one had them in stock except for target. Walmart is now showing the price as 125.99 - target and Kmart have it for 74.99 Merry Christmas you filthy animal!!!

This is a pretty good sized Walmart on busy RT 57 and its not clearly visible from the road. Its also a mess trying to get out, especially if you want to make a left onto 57. Look for exits that allow left turns, some of them dont. While youre here though, stop by Piggys Deli across the street for a great sandwich.

There is hardly anystaff on the store... good luck if you need help with something... when you have a lot of items in the cart, the person who bills was putting on a condescending face, and acting as if I am giving him more work.... Worst walmart I have seen in terms of people managing it...

I bought a computer online & had it delivered to this store. It came with a mouse & keyboard. The keyboard was defective. They wouldnt take just the keyboard for replacement. Told me I had to repack entire system for them to ship back to manf. for replacemen.

Dome days this is a great place to shop, others it seems like they are understaffed and you cant get assistance and half the shelves are under-stocked. This seems to be typical of most Walmart stores, but makes for a frustrating time some visits.

Good selection for food, no better or worse than the ShopRite and Weis down the street. More rude employees than nice ones. Definitely needs more registers open at night. The self checkouts were a great addition. Average Walmart.

Its an East Coast Walmart... Dirty, and rude employees. What can you expect?? The pharmacy is always at least an hour or two behind-- Im sure they do it deliberately to get you to shop in their store for that long.

No water refill station. No trash bins in the parking lot. Every other walmart supercenter from here to North Carolina has these things, exept this one. Now i have to drive a long way to another store. Thanks

Pretty standard walmart. Some of the cashiers are incredibly rude and disrespectful. A lot of times, the stockers leave tons of boxes everywhere and will even completely block aisles during busy times of day.
