This is the BEST motorcycle dealership in Las Vegas - bar none! I research every large-ticket item purchase decision to the extreme - for at least a month prior to taking the plunge - so Ive been to plenty of other dealerships looking at many motorcycles (through-out the years and recently). It was time for me to upgrade, so I did all the research online, in-store, and in print media figuring out which bike to buy. My decision - based on all of the input - was either the 2015 Yamaha FZ-07 of FZ-09. I was open to other alternatives, but both of these bikes pretty much sell themselves - especially for the money. I went to Yamaha of Las Vegas because its close to my home. Larry C. was the main sales person. I cant speak highly enough of his knowledge and sales skills. Matt H. is the man in charge, and was right there on the spot to close the deal with the last minute negotiation items I wanted included with the purchase. Both of these men have a lot of integrity - a trait hard to find these days. No "hard sell here! They actually listen to their customers. Larry and Matt just want to get you into the right bike for your riding style and experience level. And they want you to come back for all of your motorcycle needs in the future too. Needless to say I bought the FZ-07 - that day! The bike lives up to all of the reviews Ive read, and I feel confident Ill enjoy riding it for a long time to come. Heres why I think its in YOUR best interest to give them a chance to prove themselves: 1. Knowledgeable/Friendly/Flexible Staff. I challenge you to find anyone better! 2. Long-Term Business Relationship. They are interested in a long-term business relationship - not "just a quick sale, never see that person again". 3. Convenient Location. 4. Highly Rated Service Department. I havent used them yet, but will based on what Ive read in reviews, Ill definitely give them a try. I encourage you to give them a chance. I dont think you will be disappointed.

I ordered a part from them and was told it would be in by Thursday (two days) and they would call me. I planned a trip with some friends but never got my phone call and dropped out. Wednesday of the next week I called and it was sitting in the shop. When I confronted the guy he said "guess I forgot...haha." not okay with me! He also tried to order me a smaller inner tube than a needed. The tire is a 2.25 So he tried to order me a 2.00-2.25 When right below it was the option 2.25-2.50. Everyone who has ordered a tube knows to go bigger, why would he recommend the small one? The only plus is that they could get what I wanted! Id recommend just to get your parts, stay on top of them and dont take their suggestions without your own input..

Matt had sold me a 2016 FZ-07 for the price I asked for, no negotiation. After his sales rep, had quoted me $500 more than that price. Matt is an honest, straight forward guy, whos obvious motive is to sell bikes! It only took one consultation for him to sell me on the FZ-07 and Im glad he did. Thanks again Matt, Andrew As for the Service Department; $180 is ridiculous for a "600mi break-in service", considering they had missed the chain adjustment on the original service before i rolled it off the showroom floor...*Details*.

I love the staff here at yamaha of lv, they go far beyond my typical las vegas dealership expectations and im happy to have found this dealer, they are interested in building a long term friendship customer base with all their customers Ive been in there just browsing and watched them work with other people as well, its nice to finally have the one good shop you can go to for everything in the valley, started off as buying a tube here and there and now i will purchase everything from them hopefully a new bike soon

If you live in Las Vegas and have been waiting for a dealer that actually cares then you need to go to Yamaha of Las Vegas. I am used to being treated like crap everywhere else I have had my stuff worked on and here they actually took the time to care for what I was telling them. Its nice to have a place that earns your business rather than just expecting it because they are the only store in town (we all know who I am talking about). Great service! Great staff! Great experience!

Saved My Trip!!! Russ and the guys at YofLV saved my trip. The wife and I came to the Vegas area from Colorado to spend a week riding in Nevada and California. On the first day of the trip, the rear tire on my Roadliner got puctured. YofLV had a tire in stock and mounted it while I waited. I was back on the road in no time and we spent the rest of the week riding as planned. THANKS YofLV. You guys are the best!!!

Bought a new bike from Matt a little less than a month ago and I filled out the credit app online and came into the dealer and made the deal on the bike(which was very reasonable) in 10 minutes and they delivered on their end. No hidden fees. No treatment like a used car lot corporation. Yamaha of Las Vegas is one of the last dealers not trying to screw you over and I thank them for that!

Didnt go to buy but to see what was available, but the reps would never know since not one acknowledged me in my time there. The service department people were actually the best part since they did acknowledge my existence and asked if they could help. Probably an off day for them.

Worst place ever.. Went to buy tires for raptor manager told me the tires were discounted and completely lied. Looked the tires up I could have saved over $100 from buying guide them at ride now powersport. Management team is filled with a bunch of money grabbing liars.

Went to this shop to just look at bikes. The salesman took the time to answer all of my questions about my prospective new motorcycle. No pressure to buy and no feeling that I was wasting their time. I will definitely be buying from here when I purchase my new bike!

Unbelievable customer service, even while in the process of moving they took the time to finish the purchase of my bike. They even stayed late! Mike was great and Matt was awesome! Thank you guys! Looking forward to the 600 mile maintenance and the future with you!

Top notch customer service. These guys will treat you right unlike the others in town who nickle and dime you. Service is also alot less than EVERYWHERE else in town! They even go out of their way to try to match online pricing! Cant go wrong here. 2 BIG thumbs up!

timmy in parts is the man. acts like a real parts guy, witch is very rare anymore from a dealership. the employees at the parts counter of a ridenow store act like they need to get their old job back at burger king or look up what a motorcycle is on wikipedia.

You feel welcome as soon as you enter the shop. Best prices ever, selection is limited but they are willing to work with you to bring and ship the vehicle that you are looking for. I have purchased several bikes from them and never had a bad experience.
