HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Chris. Dropped off my phone to get a shattered screen replaced & was told itd be fixed in a few hours. I called 5 hours later & was told that it needed a ribbon (?) and he had to order the part, but itd be in the next day. I drop my phone off again the next day at 10am, and once again was told 2 hours. I waited all day & called at 4pm to check on my phone. At that time (2nd day it was there, all day) I was told that they couldnt fix it. Not only did Chris take my phone for 2 days and NOT repair it, but he ended up breaking the soundboard in the process. I told Chris that I wasnt upset that they couldnt fix it, but its not good customer service to not notify the customer of whats going on.. and his response was that because Im a Sprint customer, Im not any priority over their Verizon customers (new iPhone release day). I ask about the speaker not working & he shouts "your phones a piece of crap!" I repeat the point of customer service & he begins to mock me (in front of other customers) saying "customer service here sucks!" And well, yes, it does.. I couldnt agree more. I went to Device Doctors in Flint & would recommend them over this place any day.

I had to get a new phone, mine was completely dead and Sarah was awesome. She was kind, understanding, let me bring my dog in and most importantly stayed late with me and didnt make me feel bad or brush me off! Shes an awesome employee and nice person. We had great conversation during my visit. Her boss is very lucky to have such a kind and devoted employee. I will come back because of her.
