This is the worst store ever I have ever been. First of all, after getting 2 phones on the same day (paid both devices in full in a couple of days) and pre-ordered another one (BOGO promo), paid it in full after 24 hours…Augustine was my sales rep. I asked him about the process... I was never informed properly that I have to do the leg work for the promotion...kept on waiting for months for the visa gift card but it did not come through. Manager and other sales rep wont even speak for the person that assisted me that day..."hes usually very thorough" and "Good with his job" they said, apparently not, I have been in battle with Verizon about the promotion because they said it was already expired...I was like expired...I was never told anything about doing anything in the first place. I was only informed that the gift card will be mail. Then the manager called me about this issue. He told me that someone from the customer service will email me and it should start from there. Second, my sales rep told me that since I transferred/ported my lines I should also get a credit for all the lines I will ported (3 lines=$300) that did not happen also. They also made me buy 2 cases, 2 tempered glass protectors, and 2 power banks (simply saying, its ok..."You will get the credit for all the lines you ported in"....) The manager gave me a crazy reason why he cant honor the $300 credit to my account for porting my 3 lines to Verizon. The manager told me that the credit only applies if I would go under contract, but since my account and all my line were not in contract I will not get the credit…if Augustine is good at what his doing or if he’s very thorough, he should have at least had the courtesy to tell me that I will only get in if I go under VW contract but NO. All promises… all b***S**t… For all the people that want to go to this place be very careful.... get all the information you guys need before leaving the store. Make sure everything is in writing especially the credit for the lines you will port or transfer in with them.... dont believed them that you will get the credit. They will make you believed that you really will get the credit but nothing. Make sure to: 1) ask questions about the rebate/bogo or any promotions they have…ask about the process… don’t just believe them that your credit or visa gift card will be mail… you have to do the leg work! 2) ask questions about the account credit for porting in or transferring your lines… if you are in no contract with them, do not believe that you will get any credit at all, this only applies if you are going under contract 3) do not listen to them about buying anything for the phones like case, screen protector, and power bank, because it will be equal to the amount of the credit you’ll get…be very careful. They will make it sounds like, you are not paying for the accessories because you’ll get your credit…lol, only if you’ll get the credit…what if you don’t? like how they do me? I paid more than I should have in this store. *battery pack=$39x2=$78 *tempered glass=$49.99x2=$99.98 *cases=$24.99+$34.99=$59.98 *total=$237.96 THIS “A WIRELESS” IS NOT A REAL VW STORE! BEWARE OF THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE! THEY ARE ALL INCOMPETENT OF WHAT THEY DO. THEY WILL PROTECT THEIR OWN PEOPLE RATHER THAN PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMER. IT’S A SHAME… I AM A DISABLED VETERAN AND I BELIEVE I DON’T DESERVED TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. I WILL REPORT THEM TO BBB FOR NOT DISCLOSING ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE STORE CREDIT THEY PROMISE AFTER PORTING MY LINES AND AFTER THEY TRICKED ME OF BELIEVING THAT I WILL RECEIVE IT AND MADE ME BUY ALL THOSE ACCESSORIES!

BEWARE! NOT A TRUE VERIZON STORE! I went in a few months ago because my 2 year contract was up. I wanted to upgrade my old phone to the next new model, I sat down with a representative and we discussed my upgrade options. I opted to pay for the 2 year contract price of the phone which was $300, they allowed me to pay for half of the phone (because my phone wasnt in stock so they had to order it) and pay the other half the next week.I was curious why they didnt send me to another verizon store to get the phone, it is because they are not a true verizon store and they want the business. they told me i would be able to trade in my old phone for $120 credit on my bill, they said it would take about 3-4 months for the credit to process. Now it has been 4 months, and i called the store and they told me that my phone was taken in for $85, and that the day i received my phone i was given a "free case and screen protector", they emailed me a receipt from the transaction, the case and screen protector together totaled $65, they charged me $10 to transfer my contacts which i know they did not do because i have an iphone and iCloud takes care of that when i sign in. From now on i will only go to verizon or best buy to handle my cell phone needs. I am very unhappy with this, to be deceived is a terrible thing, and to have to wait 3-4 months just to find out this credit had already been applied was ridiculous. do yourself a favor, and dont be fooled by the verizon wireless sign on the front, and go to a retail verizon store or best buy!

While on vacation at Disney, I lost my phone on one of the rides. The next day while driving to the outlet malls, I happened to see this Verizon store so decided to stop in. I was greeted by the very friendly and knowledgeable Ange. Not only did he help me write and submit my insurance claim to replace the lost phone, but he also deactivated it, and then proceeded to review my account to suggest cost saving improvements to my service plan. We then discovered i was eligible for early renewal (I actually hated the phone I lost but was stuck with it because of the contract). He set me up with an awesome new phone that needed to be ordered (at this time the galaxy 6 edge 64 mb was on backorder), and informed me I was no longer locked into a contract. I can replace this new phone whenever I want as long as its paid off. After I got home from vacation, he called to make sure I had a good trip home and to tell me when my new phone would arrive. Hes going to put it in the case I selected, apply the screen protector, and fed ex it to me at home. I want to extend great thanks to Ange who took a potentially vacation ruining occurance (losing phone at Disney) and turned it around to be a surprisingly rewarding experience. I actually hate the Verizon store near my home, so if I have any needs in the future, Im calling Ange in Orlando instead of driving to the store a few blocks from my home.

Dont trust this store. I went in there a few days ago and they told me that accessories were "included with the purchase of my phone today" ... I went home and looked at the receipt and was cheated full price for every accessory they told me I got included. The manager would only let me return some of the items the next day so I spent an unnecessary 40 dollars I wouldnt have otherwise spent! They seem very nice but they are just there to get your money no matter what they have to do.
