Worst experience ever, please consider using a different furniture store! No one actually helps you. They paint rainbows and fairy tales at the showroom, but their delivery/logistics team is horrible. Dropped a brand new piece of furniture at our home with the middle piece broken. I had to chase on foot the truck out in the street while the guys were laughing. Asked them to rectified the mistake, and make note of the piece so it can be replace. He got in the truck and left. Called everyone, customer service, the store, the delivery guys... and guess what! They want us to sit in our investment until they figure it what to do. They wants us to keep the broken pieces un definitive! So pretty much here, we will charge a delivery fee for the worst experience of your life, take your money, and pretty much tell you to go screw your self. Because it is so difficult to call the delivery person to order them to pick up the faulty piece, and schedule at the earliest convenience to the customer the new piece that they are paying for! Like seriously?? What a nerve! So much for exciting and new furniture !!! Like whos the boss? How come no one is being held accountable or stepping up to the plate? Hiding behind websites and 1800 numbers. I didnt see you asking me for all this when it was time to pay for the furniture! #dontbuyashley #bullies #thumbsdown #ahleyfurnituresucks

The sale was smooth and quick. We know what we wanted so taking our money was the easy part but downhill since then. We are really reasonable and very objective but overall experience here is Super unimpressed and disappointed. We will take our future furniture buying business elsewhere. The delivery setup team broke part of my sons bed when hastily unloading so that went back right away and a fairly expensive quality mattress had a stain on it as we could see under the plastic wrap so that went back as well. Dirt/Boot stains all over the beige carpet as they were rushing as fast as possible as they had more deliveries to go and it was already 5 pm. Fast forward to today, one week later, and a mattress was delivered but no foot board with the bed?!? The driver said that they were supposed to call to let us know that there will be another week delay but did not. Customer service reps could care less that a half assembled bed with jutting edges is protruding in the kids room. They cant even confirm the foot board delivery time yet! Quality furniture will always lose out to a poor delivery and lackluster customer support efforts. Too many options around, and ikea (with the same pressed wood) is just down the road! We paid for and we expected better from Ashley Furniture. Shame.

I liked walking in to Ashley furniture and not feeling like I was being bombarded by sales people. A sales person greeted me but then didnt hund me around the store which was great. Once I had had time to look around she was helpful and also showed me some complimenting pieces that would work with the display furniture I had found. She gave me a card and I left. I called with a question in the day and she answered her phone and was polite and informative. I had of course been to a few other stores but ended up going back to Ashley furniture the next day to make my purchase. The pieces that were display furniture i could take home right away and being that it was RAINING they helped me get it and my kids in to the truck... even wrapping the furniture in plastic wrap. My only complain was upon picking up the other (non display) furniture from their warehouse we discovered that some of it required "some assembly". I called our sales rep to ask if that was how it was supposed to be and she took the time to check and apologized and said that she was unaware.. in the end it was fairly easy to assemble and looks great!

Im feeling very unsatisifed and taken advantage of. I just started renting my first apartment and Im so mad at myself for choosing Ashley furniture for my sofa. I was in this store for over an hour and a half explaining how small my apartment was and how I was worried about how this sofa would fit. Ultimately they sales associate assured me that I would have 30days to change it if it wasnt working out. After explaining to him (AND DRAWING OUT WHERE MY WINDOW AND DOORS WERE PLACED) the sectional sent to me is backward from what I need. I was going to buy another piece to make it a little bigger and theres no way I can do that with what they sent me. Now to find out not only do they not offer ANY kind of return policy, but they are also not willing to even help me to switch the sofa for something that will fit. I spent 1000 on the sofa and he delivery and after calling their "customer care" as well as email my sales associate directly , and calling the store, Everyone who I have spoken to has been rude and unprofessional. Never again, Ill be selling this sofa on Craigslist.

I needed a recliner right away for my fiancé for a last minute medical incident. Luci took me through every possible option providing recommendations along the way that were based not on expense but his overall comfort and usability. She was intuitive, insightful and just so nice and empathetic. And, when shipping through Ashley wasnt going to be done in time for my fiances return home from the hospital, she called an outside transport company she trusted, and they were able to deliver the chair on time, even same day and it was already 5pm!!!. And if this wasnt enough, she followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was okay. This was the second time we had gone to Ahley for furniture, and both times we were extremely pleased with our experience. Now we can say "we got a guy" in the furniture, and moving (Sammy the mover was awesome too!), business!!!

Wesley was great to work with. Very helpful and stayed past the store closing to move furniture around so we could visualize what our new living room would look like. He is definitely super nice and helpful and willing to do what it takes to ensure you are comfortable with your purchase before buying. A little disappointed when we went to pick up our new couch. The warehouse brought down (5) separate couches and each one was broken. This concerned us; however the store manager compd us free delivery and a brand new sofa that does not come from the warehouse. We have a 3 year warranty so if anything does happen to the couch we are covered and get a new one which is nice. Overall great customer service and sales experience. Improvement for quality and upkeep at the warehouse should be looked into.

Wesley Peterson greeted us immediately when we entered the store. This was our first time shopping at Ashley. We were under the misconception that the store would be over priced for what we were looking for and it was far from that. We bought a great set for our new home and thanks to Wesley will not be our last time at Ashley. He was kind and helpful and has a phenomenal personality to work in his profession. The best part was while he let us roam on our own, he made sure to check on us sporadically. He was very thorough and was extremely patient while we asked 101 questions and changed our minds 102 times. If this is the type of buying experience we should expect, we will definitely be returning customers.
