Just STAY AWAY GO ELSE WHERE!!!! Bought a $240 ultima battery not even a year took it to check they said it was bad over the phone said they couldnt find in computer when scanned barcode(so someone didnt do their job scan it when sold) said needed new one so asked about the advertised 3 year free replacement warranty which is why we bought it and started arguing that it wasnt under a warranty doesnt come with one and why should they prorate a new one. So went in to get it and take it somewhere else and they started yelling saying that we didnt buy it there they didnt say it was bad and wouldnt get my battery for me so i could leave. This is a very disgusting store with rude managment and employees. Even if I had to buy a new battery again it wont be here again even though we have always bought our vehichles batteries from this store and never had an issue with the ultima batteries warranties before just the current operations and staff. So take your money elsewhere where its welcomed appreciated and honored and save yourself the future headache and humiliation and being pretty much told to f... Off

I stopped by this autozone to get my battery checked and Aaron went to help me immediately! He checked my battery alternator and everything was good but he noticed that the black cables clamp was broken so he replaced that for me and then checked everything else firme and noticed that I needed wipers and fluid, so we went inside the store and helped me pick the wipers out that fit my budget and car! He said he had to have someone else ring me out because he was doing all of this while waiting for a ride and not even on the clock!!! He installed my wipers and filled my reservoir while showing me how to do it and refused my tip and said "dont worry about it, its all part of my job and I love my job just make sure you come back if you have any other issues I can help you with" Im so impressed with his service!!!! Im definitely coming back here!!! 5 stars no doubt.

I visited this location on 12/28 around 8:15am. I had a flat tire on my genesis couple in the plaza that this store is located. I walked in hoping to pay to rent a tire iron as mine was missing. The associate told me that they do not rent those tools. I then said it was fine and that I would buy one. I was unaware of what size my lugs were. I asked the associate if he knew what size they were or if he could look it up. He replied a straight "No." I proceeded to pull out my phone and look it up myself on Google. I bought the tire iron from them because I had no choice. This was the worst experience I have had from this company. I have used the location in Pembroke Pines several times and have had positive experiences. I will not return to this location.

Can only assign stars. Still fuming from the headaches, time on hold on several occasions and wrong part being ordered twice. I am sure there are competent individuals working there. I know Scott was very competent and helpful. Every company has those few employees that makes co-workers and customers lives difficult. Unfortunately, I had to deal with those few employees today. My God what an anger filling series of events. In case Scott or one of the good employees read this, I guess the girl helping me thought she had hung up the call, but I heard the entire "she ordered the wrong part again" conversation. Situations like today are why bars and breweries stay in business. Thanks for calling Auto Zone, please hold, wait 10 minutes, then call us back.

From the moment I walked in the front door I could tell by look the employee gave me that I was gonna have a bad experience. The staff was extremely rude and unwilling to help. They would not even offer to assist jumping my car after I explained I didnt want to shut my engine off because it wouldnt start back up. They claimed they didnt have any way to jump start my car, but the do sale battery jumpers. The message was delivered very rude and shady and it almost came off as racial discrimination. I will never ever shop here again and will encourage others to do the same.

Bad Service!!! No desire to help or to make things faster. Waited 25 minutes for someone to help me replace my battery, with 4 employees in the store and nobody cared. There were 4 customers waiting as well. No manager showed up or took the leadership to address the customers. This happened at around 4:45pm on Jan 11th. Sorry, but I am not coming back to this store. They need to understand that time is money.

Doesnt understand the meaning of customer service. Pure laziness. If someone comes to you at 845pm at night for a battery clearly they need it. But screw the customer right. Just bc your lazy asses close in 15 minutes that means I now have to wake up to what I presume to be a dead car battery...seriously never stepping foot into another autozone ever again bc shoddy service seems to be their thing...

The manager and staff had very bad customer service. Im a frequent shopper, and always get my oil changed here. I recently had a bad experience with one of the staff members and the workers refused to service me and told me to go to a different store 15 miles away. The manager spoke to me like a robot.. Not friendly at all. I would rather drive the 15 miles to another location then come here.

My Go-to auto supply Ive been shopping here since it opened. Brake pads, oil, oil/gas/air/cabin air filters, spark plugs and lights. All for my Bimmer, Pacifica, and now Mini. Friendly and resourceful staff. Always in and out in less than ten minutes. Also great honor in exchange policies. Thanks guys! Mini Monster is runnin smooth again.

Bad experience. Had a warranty for 3 years for car battery and the manager refuse to replace it . Saying they wont install it and other excuses. Had receipt to prove it. They had no problem installing it 2 years ago. Instead of being helpful to the people who are not car smart. They take advantage of you. Will never go there again!!!!!!

I went in for coolant which they did not have for my vehicle but ended up staying a while looking around. The staff is friendly and helpful and there was plenty of employees around but not pushy which I like. The store is nice and clean with a good selection, well besides my coolant. It is a good size too so they have a lot of stuff.

Shocked at some of these poor reviews! I stopped here to get coolant and Aaron helped me out right away. He a fault pointed out another problem with my radiator, and where to go to get it fixed. Was a very good experience. Hopefully I wont have more car problems, but if I do I would go back here.

They generally have the parts I need for whatever vehicle I have and the staff are pretty helpful when you need them to be. Prices arent too terrible either. Always worth a stop here to change your cabin filter instead of shelling out a lot to have a dealership or repair shop do it.
