The absolute best service, decent prices, and beautiful jewelry. The manager, Frank, provides the very best customer service and will work with you to find the perfect purchase solution. Ive shopped around for rings before, but never had even a fraction of this kind of service. He makes you feel like a very valuable customer. Lifetime warranty on a ring I bought my wife. The thing was crushed when a dog bit her hand. Zales replaced it at no charge, no questions.
