I have been working on a long and arduous project for over a week. Ive gone into Ace Hardware in Donelson almost every day for things that were needed, or needed in more quantity. You walk in and you are welcomed and asked if they can assist you in any way. This happened every single time. The staff is knowledgeable and knows their inventory well. If they dont have it at their store, they contact one of the other Ace Hardware stores in town and have the item(s) brought to them by the next morning. On two occasions I went to Home Depot first, only to satisfy my needs by heading back to Ace Hardware (Home Depot didnt carry what I needed or explain why). In this case, neither did Ace Hardware, but their staff member (David) was very helpful in telling me why and working out another solution. I recommend this store heartily. Watch for Farmers Market at this location one Friday per month during the summer.

Jamie and Heather are kind and helpful!!!! Excellent customer service. I was trying to replace a difficult to find Ikea part for a second hand crib we have. I called the store to find out if they had anything similar while I was sitting in the driveway with my newborn baby and toddler. Jamie came out to the car to get the original hardware, then spent 10 minutes hunting down what I needed. So long as Im in the Nashville area I will drive to Donelson Ace instead of go to a box store for our renovation needs whenever possible.
