My 12 year old daughter received a soap making kit and some additional supplies from here for Christmas. She was really excited about the gift, but wanted to see if she could exchange a couple small items to make it more personal to her. So, on our way back home from Ohio to Alabama, we a made a special trip to stop by the store. From the moment we walked in the door, the person at the front desk acted as though us being there was an imposition. If you are looking for a cool place with people that are passionate about sharing their love of soap, this is not the place. This is more of a big box chain store feel, except that the big box stores have better customer service.

Before I was a driver I made soap and always wanted to visit their store front but never thought the opportunity would arise. I had a load that delivered a few miles away and I called ahead to ask if they had a parking lot large enough to.accommodate a tractor trailer. Imagine my excitement when they confirmed they could! Since my first visit to their store front I have visited three more times and each time with my tractor trailer! The service has ALWAYS been friendly, helpful and patient. I sometimes ask tons of questions and the employees seem to be knowledgeable. Overall I am still very please with their service and who doesnt love the wall of scent?

I made an order of 260 US in August, it was sent to our home in Spain but it has never arrived, the custom service after 3 months, declared the merchandise as NON importable because their bottles and labelling do not are acceptable according to EU Nº 1233/2009 law so any merchandise you buy from them in Europe will not arrive to you, it will end in the trash or destroyed. Stop selling to Europe if you know this, its totally unacceptable.

I sell cold process soap to make some extra money and i choose Natures Garden for all my soap making supplies. They have the best fragrance oils and such a big variety of smells i just love their fragrance oil!! One of my favorites to use is their NG original Black Tie, such a strong and lasting scent! That is one of my best sellers! You can never go wrong when you go with Natures Garden!!

If you have a chance to make a road trip to their Wellington retail shop, its a must-visit for any chandler or soaper. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderfully patient regarding even the oddest of questions, and its such a help to be able to smell all the fragrances before buying.

Customer service is outstanding! I ordered candle jars and they accidentally sent me the wrong size, when I realized it and emailed them back, they responded promptly. The next day I received the correct quantity and size jars. I was floored! 10/10 would order from again.
