Good location, because it is small, it is easy to find help from an employee. For a beginner its a great place to start as it is not too overwhelming. Staff here is polite and pretty helpful. The only thing is they dont give samples with every purchase like when you order from online, which is eh. But overall Ive had good experiences here. Wish they would have more events!!

Customer service is non existant. Sales associates were chit chatting when I got there. I went to ask them a question and it was like I was bothering them. How dare I interrupt their gossiping to answer a question! They lost my business because I will NEVER shop at Sephora again.
