Always awful and rude. Today I called a woman started helping me and in the middle of our 2 minute phone call for one part she stopped and said "Im off the clock now some else can help you" and hung up. I called back and someone else answered said "how can I help you" I told them what kind of vehicle I had and what part I needed, then they said "well Ive got to finish with these other customers before I can try to help you" then put me on hold. Im typing this while sitting on hold right now for over 15 minutes after two attempts to call for a part.

Was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life and this was not the first time. I will never go back! Employees chilling in the back talking while 7 customers are waiting to be helped. After about a crowd of customers build up every single employee had a very disgusting attitude as if they were being forced to work there. Do not waste your time year, just go down the street to advance autos where employees act like your best friends. I will be reporting this behavior to corporate. Something needs to be done!

Always awful customer service, does not matter if the store is empty or busy you will wait. You could be the only customer in the store and there is no employees to be found. I frequent this store because its convenient and close, the service has always been awful.

I called for a part look up and all the guy said was unavaliable and didnt extend his effort to help me out. Seems like all they worry about is getting there check at the end of the week and could care less about the costumers.
