I have been here many times with my work vehicle. My last endeavor with them has been the most frustrating so wanted to share. Even if you dont read further, the important thing to take home is I leave there unhappy more often than not. 1. Took car in complaint of turn signal not working correctly. I advised it doesnt "click off" on its own. They returned the car and said nothings wrong with it. 2. Took the car in again with the same complaint. They said they found the issue and would order the part and would call me when it comes it. 3. Week later I call, advising I havent heard back. They advise they havent called and some staff changed but they will call me back. 4. A week later I call again, advising them I still havent heard back. They advise they havent called and they will call me back. They did call me and advised I could bring it in whenever I am ready, but they will need to order in the part and get the approval for my company vehicle. 5. I call to schedule on Monday so they can order the part and have it lined up for work on Friday. 6. Drop car off on Friday at 11 AM. Advised they would have it ready by 430 per my request. 7. I knew they wouldnt get it done in time. I told my friend I asked for 430 when I dropped it off, hoping they would have it done at 5 after I call them at 430 to remind them. They never have it ready when they say. 4:45 I call. I find out they havent began working on it. Then they tell me they never received approval to work on it but they should have the approval in a minute. They advised that the approval company never called them back. If that was true, why didnt I get a call at 430 when it was supposed to be ready to be picked up and they were calling them at 450 for approval? 8. 530, they call me to advise its been approved and they are going to start work on it ASAP. (Obviously, not an all day thing for an approval) 9. They call me at 6:45 and advise it wont be done in time and they have to work on it tomorrow because they found a problem with the brakes and still need to fix the turn signal. Stupid for going back? Maybe. Unfortunately, Im not spoiled for choice with the company vehicle with who I can take it to. These are the only guys around. Only reason I go. The only reason they even get the second star is because Rob, one of their employees seems to be the only one who actually calls me back or gets things moving. Based on past experiences - I have requested to have my car locked. If I dont say it 30 times, I find my car sitting in the parking lot, unlocked with the keys in it and windows down. This has happened 3 times. Also as I mentioned, in general their timing is horrible. I dont want them to rush, but I do want them to be realistic. So I can plan. It seems to depend a lot on who you talk to. There was another fellow there a while back that I liked dealing with, but havent heard him answer in a while. My typical experience there sucks. Avoid this place if you can help it.

Cant say what went on with those other reviews but I had an excellent experience. Called, was quoted a price and though I assumed price was high, I needed four tires for my truck and I decided to bite the bullet & pay the price. Now here is the kicker.... I was quoted $718 but I was charged $638!!!! Which is an excellent price for largeSUV/truck tires. I sat in the shop and waited while the tires were installed. Service was quick and friendly. They did not try to sell me anything extra. Its a 16 year old truck with 149,000 miles on it. Everywhere I go, someone tries to sell me something. They must see me coming and assume I put my stupid hat on before walking into their shop. Monroe Muffler told me my right front tire was about to blow up (two years ago), my engine was about to fall out (again two years ago) etc. Tires Plus told me my brakes were shot & the truck was dangerous and further said that if I didnt get the brakes fixed they were going to call the police. I had some rust on my rotors, my mechanic sanded them down. I have an actual fear of walking into service stations at this point. Old truck, old owner, female. I am a walking target. And yet, Firestone was good. They did not push any extra or unnecessary services. I know the truck is well maintained. Its a work truck, it hauls, it pulls, it plays in the snow. And I was pleasantly surprised by this Firestone dealer.

I had a horrible first experience here! The staff will attempt to take advantage of you by any means, they will overcharge you in a heartbeat and pocket your money, so be VERY CAUTIOUS! The Supervisor i spoke to was very polite and professional. I asked how much it would cost for a normal oil change. The price he gave me was the normal going rate as most other places. So I set up the appointment. I showed up, I was the only customer there at the moment. So I sat down in the waiting area thinking Id be in and out of there. But NO I was way wronggggg. The mechanics were goofing off and talking the entire time. I Sat in that waiting room for 2 hours until the clerk finally called me over to pay my bill and get on my way. He wanted TRIPLE the amount that the Supervisor had told me. I told him the price I was given over the phone and he claimed that i was completely wrong or making up stories. I asked to speak to the Supervisor and the Clerk said that there was no Supervisor or duty. After 20 minutes of arguing with Clerk, I see the Supervisor come out of the office right behind the Clerks desk! It happened to be the same Supervisor I spoke to on the phone. I spoke to him briefly and he fixed me right up for the exact price he told me on the phone. MAKE SURE TO ONLY SPEAK AND TALK BUSINESS WITH A SUPERVISOR ONLY!!!! BEWARE!!!

THEY ARE DISHONEST/SHADY AND ONE OF THE SERVICE MANAGERS IS RUDE (older guy). I had seen the bad reviews for this place but gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them out. They were fine on the first few experiences but this last visit was bad. First, they gave me 3 different quotes for an oil change on 2 separate calls. You know it is shady when they give you different prices for the same kind of work! But nonetheless, I made an appointment because my past experience with them was ok. My appointment was for an oil change and tire pressure check because my tire pressure sensor was on. It took them almost 2 hours for an oil change and thats only because I was asking why its taking so long for such a simple job! It is after I asked that they said the car is ready. What a coincident! Then when I got my car back, both the maintenance and tire pressure indicators were still on. They told me that they had checked the pressure on my tires and made sure the pressure was at 33 psi and that the indicator would automatically turn off after I had driven it for a little awhile. The next day, the light was still on so I took it to a gas station and checked the pressure myself. One tire was at 17, the other three were in the low 20s. They had lied about it! This had me wonder if they even changed the oil. Definitely cannot trust them.
