Do not have the store supervisor help you,,,,has a very bad attitude,watched, as he would not tell a older woman where fuse box is in car,,. Then he after telling him my windshield wipers were put in improperly,,he looked , never touched them to see if they were in wrong ,,,told me I need new ones ,,only if you have receit,just had other one replaced by same store one week earlier,, fixed by different manager no problem,,,,after heated argument,,went to auto zone,,,,,yes you guessed it,,,,THEY WERE PUT IN WRONG,,,,,,GOT NEW ONE ,,NOW I HAVE YOURS SITTING IN TRUNK,. ,. ALSO AT AUTO ZONE WAS THE OLDER LADY TELLING THEM HOW MUCH OF A (A - HOLE ) THIS GUY NAMED RICH IS...HE WOULD NOT GIVE HIS LAST NAME,,you dont need this kind of cocky guy running your store,,,HE SHOULD LEAVE HIS WEEKEND PROBLEMS AT HOME AND NOT BRING THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE TO A WORK PLACE...HIS NAME IS RICH. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Came at 8:40 on a Friday and the google listing says they are open til 9. When I asked one employee if they were closed he completely ignored me. When I asked the other employee he replied "uh, yeah". I said "okay, just so you know your google listing says 9." The second employee replied with, "well that says 8:30 doesnt it?" Pointing at the hours of operation on the door. My father and myself have been long time customers of this location and wont be returning.

Just stopped at the store which was just closing. Customer Service was exceptional! The gentlemen told my husband he needs a new alternator. We bought one and he pretty much put the whole thing on the truck for us. The store was closing and he was told he had to clock out. The gentleman clocked out and finished the job!!! I havent encounter someone like him in a long time. I will definitely recommend this store. I hope this guy gets a promotion.

Waited in line too long while the one clerk was just helping a customer the other clerk went in the back room, my husband had to go and call him for help. A woman behind me left without her product so they lost a sale.

I think this store must be haunted by the ghosts of Grunt and Scoff, capable of possessing most of the employees within. Avoid if at all possible. Incompetence here cost me over $160.
