These people scammed us. We were supposed to get two free (or low cost) phone upgrades... weve had a family plan w VERIZON many years. After we got our no cost phone upgrades the bill comes a month later 2 phones are costing $650+ each... we would never spend that on a phone... called Verizon customer service and they explained this store is a third party carrier not official Verizon store and we were basically SCAMMED and stuck w the phones and cost since over 30 days had passed. I recommend an official Verizon store not these know-nothing rip off artists...
