the store is horrible. I went in to settle a dispute about a charge, and the manager didnt want anything to do with me. he told me to call customer service, if the sign says, "AT&T" why would I have to go anywhere else? its okay for them to sell me things and charge me an astronomical amount of money for small things, but when I need help, they pawn me off to some 1800 number?? terrible service. I only go to the corporate stores now, there is one 5 mins up the road from this location and can do anything and everything right there within minutes. - Dave

Great Experience, I spoke with all 3 of the gentleman in the Freehold Location, and they helped me with my business account. I had to set up 24 lines, and they were able to accommodate all of my needs as far as the sale went, in a timely and professional fashion. THANKS AGAIN!
