My car bolt joint broke down a mile away from my house. I call J L and he send a towing truck immediately. The dispatcher charge me $ 75.00. When the driver got there he change the price to $100.00. The service was fast, nice and knowledgeable but I thought it was a little bit expensive for one mile.

Fastest AAA response time of my life. Less than 30 minutes from call to arrival. And FAST! My flat tire was taken care of in less than 10 minutes. I didnt get the young mans name, but if anyone from JL reads this, its the guy with the Mohawk stripe. Excellent service.

Got some help last night from JL through AAA after I got a flat tire. John showed up in record time and had my spare on in minutes and I was on my way. Lightning fast service done right. John was very friendly! Seems like a great business with good people, A+.
