A few months ago my daughter, granddaughter (toddler) and I were here. As we were bagging up our groceries the cashier said we were holding things up. It was totally uncalled for. This store is poorly laid out, things are hard to find, someone here has their own personal system of stocking, [why are the rye-crisp in the salad fixings, not the cracker dept.?], not in conformity with other Rainbow stores. They cater to old white people, yesterday I stood in line behind one of them, she wrote out a check, which wouldnt go thro the system,all this took time, I was patient.I wouldnt be surprised if they gave her the groceries, Not one of the better Rainbows.

So incredibly disappointed by my experience at Rainbow Foods. The app was suggested to me on my last visit, so I downloaded it and brought it into the store with me tonight. I was told at the checkout that NONE of the digital coupons offered on the app could be redeemed since the store apparently only takes print coupons that they can send in. I felt so stupid; I called customer service to see if this was something I should have anticipated but I got fed up waiting on hold and never got to talk to a real person. Forget you, Rainbow Foods. Ill just go back to shopping at the Target down the street where I get 10%.

I used a buy one get one coupon from the internet that the cashier had to summon a supervisor to get an override. Instead of politely explain their policy of not accepting this kind of internet coupon, she VERY RUDELY told me they dont take them because people cheat and walked off. I felt like I was being accused of doing something wrong. Ive shopped at this particular store three times. The service has never been great, but this incident really convinced never to shop Rainbow again. Target has better prices and better service.

Been to this place 7-8 times and I have only received my order correct twice. I have always had to wait 10 plus minutes for anything. Extremely mismanaged and organized I have been frequently told that specific items are sold out or not sold there anymore. Probably going to be the last time I visit a Popeyes

Pretty average grocery store. Well stocked when compared to the nearby Cub which runs out of produce items on a regular basis. Prices are on par with Cub, but thats because Supervalue owns both of them. Aldi is much better pricing, but given the convenient location, I still tend to go to Rainbow quite a bit.

Not a fan of Rainbow foods. Prices were rarely updated which led me to need to check my receipt nearly every time I went. The employees didnt seem to care about anything and the prices were higher than Aldi, Target, and almost anywhere else. Spare yourself the disappointment and avoid this place.

Avoid the self checkout. No matter how long the lines are at the regular lanes itll be faster. You need a cashier to run any coupons at self checkout and they are never around. For the short distance youre better off going to Cub, quicker, more friendly service.

Bitchy old woman was chains on her glasses that was managing the cashiers. Should be fired. Very poor customer skills. Rainbow just lost a regular customer. Talks down to me, very contanerist. I didnt get her name. She worked at 6pm on 6/22/2017

Meh, its a grocery store. Prices seem fair, store is moderately clean, I shop there. One tip for everyone, buy a couple scratch-offs from the machines by the registers… they must be due with all the losers Ive bought out of them.

I now do most of my grocery shopping at the Richfield Rainbow. The selection is good for produce. They have added many more natural and organic products.
