This place is worth every penny. You get greeted at the door by someone who either knows what you are doing better than you, or can refer you over to someone who does know. If you dont have the tool, they can rent it to you. They will show you how it works. They can give you an idea of what you need to do, and if you cant do it, they can refer you to someone who can. Their sense of humor is great. The store feels very safe. Stuff is a bit more expensive than the big box stores, but you end up saving money in gas and parts by being referred by an expert so you get only what you need and can do it in one trip.

I love local businesses, and my wife and I love this place! Its close to home, which makes it super convenient. They have nearly everything you need and can tell you where you can get it if they dont have it. The REAL incredible thing about this place is the people! They know everything! Theyll give you tips, advice, personal experience, troubleshooting, and tell you right where anything is in their store. Theyre not afraid to ask you if you need help, so dont be Minnesotan and decline their assistance - ask them!

Best customer service period! Typically Im met within a few steps of walking in the door by a staff who asks how they can help, walks me to the item, grabs exactly what I need (even if Im not sure myself) and Im on my way back home working on my project again. Ive been able to rent from them every tool Ive needed for a project that I dont already own. They repair windows screens and most small power equipment and they have free fresh popcorn to boot!

Dont expect customer service. I was told "It is a pain in the ass to call customers to get permission to do work". Needless to say bringing in a mower to find out the problem and they just do the work and expect you to pay. Did I forget that it is not fixed properly... save yourself the hassle!
