One of the stylists over processed my hair and it started to break in the spots where i had highlights put in....obviously, I was extremely upset but just wanted something done about it. Made an appointment and went back to show one of the other stylists what happened to my hair...all i was told was that the manager was out on vacation and they couldnt do anything about it until she got back. I never got a refund or anything after what she did to my hair....super unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend going here. They honestly didnt seem to care about what happened to my hair...I even tipped her good too. :/ ....it looked good at first, until it started breaking off....never again
