My wife used to give me a hard time about only wearing running shoes around town and she was correct...I really never bought any decent street shoes. I went into DSW on a whim one day and I love this place. Mind you, its geared mainly for womens shoes, but there are still plenty of shoes for men and I have always found something I like at a great price. I look forward to getting my new shoes every year from this store.

The sales associate(possibly manager) that I worked with was great. Even though my kids were spent from a few errands she helped me find the boots I wanted at the fargo store(her store was out). She didnt say a single bad thing about my son throwing a fit while she helped me and even tried to make him happy. I dont remember her name but was very impressed with her professionalism!!

I ordered a few shoes offline that were too small and also got a pair of shoes that came in two different sizes for the same feet. Brittney and Shae went out of thier way to reorder my shoes and to find me the correct sizes. Thanks for turning a bad experince into a really good one. Will plan to come back to this store for the wonderful customer service I received!

Great customer service. I purchased two new pair of dress shoes and the next day got a $50 off $200 so I went back and they allowed me to "return" and repurchase the shoes (I then added a belt to get to the $200) got the $20 back on my card. They also have nice clean restrooms.
