I sent in a request online for my 3rd wedding anniversary for a box of chocolate covered strawberries and two ballon snow I paid $14 for two balloons. It was small because I had other gifts to be given to my wife throughout the day, they forgot my $14 balloons at $7 a piece kinda of upset me but the biggest problem is when I called in, I spoke to a young girl Jennifer I believe is the name, very polite and very respectful so I will say that she was pleasant to talk to, she informed me the manager was not in, she said she would leave a message for the manager to call me back, this is what upsets me it has been a week but no communication back from the manager. I have never had this problem when ordering from other edible arrangements locations, so I was very disappointed with this one. Beware the manager does not seem to care
