I became a customer purely by accident about 10 years ago. When the snooty (now defunct) jeweler across the street would not wait on me I crossed the street and went into Uptown. Ofer, Bunny et.al could not be more accomodating. Their prices are more than competitive, service is fast and I am always pleased and have never had a complaint.

I called several jewelers in the Baltimore area for jewelry repair, and not only were Uptown Jewelers the least expensive, they also promised to do it in the least amount of time. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got there and found them to be extremely nice people too. They got the job done in half the time they promised. Awesome!

I had a couple "special" items to be fixed/ sized and Ofer and Uptown Jewelers not only did a great job in taking care of my items, but they got them done in 24 hrs, knowing how important they were to me. I have already decided that next time I am in the market for jewelry, I am going to Ofer first!

They offer very personalized service and a great selection of jewlery. I got my engagement ring there and she loves it! Going there today to get the ring cleaned and to look for wedding bands as well.
