Due to the pharmacys poor customer service, I will never use a Target store or .com ever again. My husband had knee replacement surgery and was prescribed a narcotic pain killer. I took my husband home so I could fill his prescriptions. He was in great pain. I called to find out what pharmacy had it in stock. Target wouldnt provide information over the phone and expected me to come in person simply to inquire if they had it. Whereas, other pharmacies were far more helpful although they did not have it. So, he will use my deceased fathers narcotic meds that werent the ones prescribed. If we were drug addicts, Im sure we would have had better luck finding the narcotic.

phar·ma·cy:ˈfärməsē/ noun: pharmacy; plural noun: pharmacies a store where medicinal drugs are dispensed and sold. (FAILED)*************** They should refer to themselves as 7-11 with some medicine. I have visited this location (near a hospital) on seven occasions over the past six months for necessary prescriptions. I have never been able to have one filled because they are always out. The staff presents this information with zero care, and seem as if they are bothered by my even asking if they have them in. Worst service, inability to keep a stocked pharmacy, and zero compassion for their client base.

Every month for the last year, Ive try to fill my sons prescription at this location. I have requested this medication with the pharmacist and technicians MULTIPLE times. Everytime, I am told it is on a first come first serve basis. They NEVER have it. SO frustrating and disappointing. Giving up and going to the Safeway pharmacy.

Mixed feelings here. I love the staff and store always has whatever I need . The pharmacy though is another story. All reviews on that are correct :/ it sucks pretty bad. The rest of my shopping experience is fine.
