If you desire to be frustrated in your beauty product purchasing, this is the store for you. The owner has retail products that are expired, or the retail trend products are over priced. She claims to give discounts by up charging placed tags, then ringing it reflecting current market pricing. In talking over the phone she advised that all should go support stores in Hagerstown beauty suppliers downtown. Join me in doing just that, please dont support people that dont want your money.
