My friends son & My son have been playing baseball for about a month now, last night they were suppose to receive their uniforms since their first game is tomorrow. Not only did both boys not receive their uniforms they cant even give us a exact date or time they will be in. SO now we have to run all around town and find somebody to make them today or they wont be able to play in their first baseball game tomorrow am. Im sorry but this is not how you do business. I know for a fact they could make them t shirts quickly so they can play. They were absolutely no help. I will NEVER do business with this company again. We called them at 8:30 this am & that was plenty of time to make two shirts with a simple # on the back & their team name on the front. Uniforms should have never came in as last as they did & i dont understand how you can send the coach the entire teams uniform but two, if they are missing two then that order should have never been sent out until it was completed!

Placed 2 orders with Shiflett and Horn for over $2,000.00 for baseball jerseys and hats. I was told hat order would be 6 weeks, and we are now on 8 weeks. After failed communication with my sales rep, I asked to speak to the owner "Brian" [ this is after the secretary had screened my calls ] When I spoke with the owner, he was rude, agitated, and according to him, "wasnt aware of the situation" . Brian then decided to raise his voice, use some expletives, and h/up on me. I guess $2,000.00 in spent money wasnt enough. Ill also be filing a complaint with the BBB of Maryland.

These guys are amazing. I have placed tshirt orders there for the past several years for parades we march in and they are always on-time. They even designed our logo for the shirts and we are always complimented on them! This shop goes above and beyond to sure you are happy.
