I had a GREAT experience with Fleet Feet in Annapolis. Ive had plantar fasciitis for months that has continued to get worse despite being under a podiatrists care. I thought I would see if Fleet Feet could help me with shoe fitting, at least. The man who helped me was great - so knowledgeable and helpful! I learned more about foot and leg mechanics and stretching ideas from him than my podiatrist. A few days later I went to a new podiatrist who reiterated much of what the Fleet Feet person told me, which gave me such confidence! This information was reiterated by my new physical therapist - that consistency really made me feel great. The Hoka One One shoes, icy feet, trigger point products are all working. Ive been talking about my positive experience all week!

Customer service is more than great. As an average runner tired of joint pain, I rolled in here knowing only a little about running shoes. The worker was extremely helpful, measured my feet in various ways and watched the way I walk then brought out several sets of shoes to try on and see how they fit my feet. She explained what factors would most help my feet specific to the measurements and recommended an excellent pair of shoes. I wound up buying a fairly expensive pair of shoes, and I feel like I know more about running shoes and better understand what kinds of shoes I need specific to my feet. I will buy all of my running shoes from here from now on.

My husband and I have been looking for a shoe store which would be able to do a gait analysis and properly fit our feet accordingly. We were not at all disappointed with the service we received at the Annapolis Fleet Feet. I have been asked numerous times where I purchased my shoes and the answer is never just Fleet Feet. I have told them the name of the store, the location, how awesome my experience was and how EVERYONE should go get fitted properly for shoes. I was wearing a half size too small and the shoes I had on had no support at all. We walked in to be fitted for shoes and were treated with the utmost customer service!

Theyre committed to ensuring you come back. The only place in Annapolis to purchase running and walking kit for me!

Excellent buying environment! I walked in with a general idea of what I need, and the rep went above and beyond expectations finding the right product for my needs. This level of interaction is missing from retail. This was a no pressure situation and she didnt mind getting into technical details and providing access to comparables. Ultimately, I settled with the Swiss"On" Cloud and they continue to be wonderful after a few ~1 mile runs and lots of walking.

My wife had bought some nice shoes at Fleet Sports and they started to tear apart on the sole. We were outside of the return window for this particular brand of shoe but the Owner was very gracious in helping us replace the bad pair of shoes with what we wanted. The service at the store is always good, the selection is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will continue to conduct our business and support this home town store.

A low-pressure setting, even on a busy afternoon, with lots of attention and a lot of positive vibes. Huge selection of products and I even spent less than I anticipated!

I bought some Brooks walking shoes - I needed some shoes with some support as I have learned I have tendonitis in one of my ankles. I also bought some inserts that were reccommended - my shoes are incredibly comfortable and with the inserts my ankle doesnt hurt much even after being on my feet all day!
