Looks like Ace hardware will not accept my credit or manually punch it in like home depot or Menards had been doing until I get a replacement.looks like shopping locally is not such a good idea after all.i am doing a 100 k rehab in the area and this is a mistake on my book.wont be shopping here unless Im desparate.blonde hair cashier needs retraining.

Had what I needed but couldnt use my chip card there! Card reader wouldnt read chip they couldnt/wouldnt punch in number or swipe there card, went to Schroeders ace hardware in lombard instead, much better ace then villa park!!!

Sad my daughter stop in to get a gallon of royal pant guy in paint department whould not sell it pushed the more expensive paint till she had to walk out and went to lens ace where they were happy to sell her what she asked for
