This place doesnt deserve one star.Terrible customer service.I work in retail and if you see someone enter the store ,you smile and say hi! Its definitely not the case here.As I did some shopping never once did I get asked if I needed help.I know it doesnt mean anything but I wont be returning.I will spend my money elsewhere.You ladies need to get it together.

I have gone to several times since it opened and love the service and location. Its close to home and able to go quite often to shop for shoes. The selections are great and so happy it has the kids section now. This is my favorite store to purchase my shoes.

The "reward" system doesnt work well if you end up needing to return the shoe (bought them online and they were too big). Read the fine print, you wont be happy. Very disappointed in the service.
