I am a returning customer. I try to avoid the 1-800 type of businesses and used Walden in January 2015 for my fathers funeral. The displays were exquistite. They know their products and suggested wise, economic options. I didnt shop around but gave them my budget and was extremely satisfied with the arrangements. The only advice I would give them, would be to be more attune to clients emotions as I dont think they ever extended condolences. Regardless, I was previously satisfied and am returning to order for a happier occasion and overall think you get more when you support local business.

Staff seemed friendly enough and the flowers looked as good as flowers can look, but the prices they quoted us for our wedding was literally the highest of all the places we talked to. Be sure to shop around before committing to a vendor.
