Normally I like this place. I have gotten 3 tattoos done here in the past and Ive always had a good experience but today I was greeted by an artist by the name of Scott. Scott is very opinionated, has very poor customer service skills, & a little too cocky for my liking. I came in to get a tattoo and requested to the tattoo be dobe in red. I was informed by Scott that he could not do lines im red and would not do my tattoo. I am a veteran to tattoos and have about 17 total in various parts of my body so I am very aware that if the tattoos I asked for does not come out properly I have to pay to get that tattoo fixed. All in all I could probably agree with Scott that you can talk to John and red but probably not a good idea to get it in red but had he taken the time to ask me more about what I wanted rather than help every other customer that came in after me and ask them in detail what they wanted I would have known that it wasnt recommended it would have been more easily swayed and would not have wasted 30 minutes of my time. All in all I still recommend this place for tattoos because I think they do good work but I do believe that Scott may need to go work somewhere else because I can believe that there are other people who are on the verge of having a negative opinion about this business based on their interaction with him

Got a tattoo from Steven Costello and I am very pleased with it. I am excited for it to heal and be back for the last sit. I will without a doubt be getting more tattoos from Inksmith and Rogers shops. The walls are wonderfully decorated with legit flash just as any true tattoo shop would be and the tattooers are friendly and knowledgeable and they really do world famous work. They are very serious about tattooing and have a deep respect for the industry, with that said there are some things that they may be hesitant to do(as they should be). The shop definitely gives off the vibe that it is for true tattoo lovers and people looking for the best quality tattoos. Staff are very respectful towards the trade! Well done Inksmith & Rogers. Professional, Clean, Serious, True, Friendly, COOL! 100% recommend!

I recently went to the Ink Smith and Rogers located on beach Blvd for the first time and I think I found my new Artist! Ive been going to the location on old st Augstine for ten years and had no idea how many different locations theyve opened through out the years, and I couldnt be happier that I did! Thanks again Scott for the beautiful work you did on my shoulder!! Ill be coming back to see you!

Got my first tattoo done here. I had a rough idea, but the artist already had something of his own that blew me away. I was sold in seconds. These guys were relaxed, but still professional. Everything was easy and affordable, and I greatly recommend em.

I went into Inksmith & Rogers today to get my 6th tattoo. It is about 2 inches high and four inches long. It was already resized and it was handwritten. They wanted to charge me $120 for the tattoo. I went down the street to Fat Kat and paid $60.

Bryan was very pleasant while assisting my friend and I. WE went in one saturday night impromptu. I was nervous however, because of his welcoming and jovial personality it made the experience all the more enjoyable and reasonable in cost.

they changed there name 2 big city tattoo but they are very good very clean and the artist are very creative and reasonable i would recommend this tattoo parlor 2 everyone

Not a bad place. Employees seem to walk around without acknowledging you. They would rather talk with their buddies that sit there all day and play on their phones.
