Worst customer service ever. Self-described owner wouldnt even look up from his snack to help us. The man became irritated when we asked for assistance. He became argumentative and hostile when I mentioned that the GameStop website advertises reconditioned equipment. This man was holding a reconditioned Xbox power cable in his hand while he insisted that GameStop does not sell reconditioned equipment. I suggested that "no one ever won an argument with a customer". Manager replied that I am not a customer because he was refusing me service. Emailed Gamestop, but they dont care. Coincidentally, I just met a former employee from this shop. He agrees that this man is abusive and terrible. DONT STOP HERE. AMAZON HAS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

GameStop is always going to GameStop. Theyre a shady company, but Im leaving my review for the staff that works here. Super friendly. Game Stores tend to have a stereotype of condescending neck beards, but I come to this store because the staff is always very helpful.

Customer service at its finest. For a 40s (ish), semi gamer to walk in and feel welcome was great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They made that extra effort without feeling imposing. I will drive out of my way to buy future games from this location.
