I went to buy my first keg for a family party. He asked me if i needed anything else, i said no. It was about 7 p.m.., i got back to the party and someone asked where was the pump? I replied he didnt give me one. I called back, no answer and voicemail was full. We sent someone back, 7:45 he was gone. Closed early. Keg useless. Went back sunday morning Jimmy tells me he asked if i needed anything else. And he says 90% of his customers have their own pump! He just thought i had one. I told him he should treat every customer as if it were his first time and ask if i needed a pump. He says no, hes never wrong and that hes always right. No apology, nothing but attitude! Bad Business, no lets compromise and work this out. Just attitude!
