Its been the worse experience my elderly parent has experienced. The only doctor that takes the insurance - and it takes months to get emergency appointment. Everyone just blows it off like its normal, they say - ok well the first available appt is 2 or 3 months away for emergencies... My parent is on the verge of loosing vision because of this place... Where are the real caring doctors now days...

My husband recently had surgery on both eyes. One was as recent as last week. Dr. Prado is amazing!!! He explains everything in detail, in such a way that you completely understand. His office staff & that of The Surgery Center were helpful & caring as well.

The rudeness of the staff is only bested by the rudeness and lack of care provided by the Doctor. Stay away from this place. There are better options with more qualified staff.
