Littman Jewelers are Horrible. They do not honor their price quotes and provide poor customer service to their prospective clients. While traveling I found a specific piece I wanted from Littman Jewelers. I called the location near my home. I spoke with a sales representative regarding the piece I wanted. He put me on hold; once he came back he stated they had it in stock and his manager authorized an additional 10% off. Once I arrived to the store the manager DID NOT honor the price. However, she was SO KIND as to offer me a discount if I bought something else. I could not believe she thought after not honoring the quoted price I would buy something else and trust her to uphold our agreement. Not a chance. This was the absolute worst dishonest customer service of any jewelry store I’ve encountered in my 15years of travel.
