I started visiting Jems a few months ago. This kind of retail/cafe is not my usual place to shop. I was very confused when I walked in, not understanding the products or the cafe. Every employee there has been very helpful and has made some awesome suggestions for me to try! I love seeing the employees there because they are all super friendly and they are always willing to work with me no matter what I need. I strongly suggest giving them a try if you have not already. The cafe is amazing and the smoothies are awesome!!!! 5 Stars in my book and I will keep on visiting these amazing people!

We drove over an hour to get here for our anniversary. Checked the website and decided since they close at 8, we need to get there before 630 (so we arent THOSE kind). Walked in at 610 and were told they were already closed. ON A FREAKING SATURDAY NIGHT. Thanks for screwing our anniversary up. Never will be back. You cant even advertise proper hours of operation, you dont deserve my money. ***added: I just checked the website again, and it doesnt say that anywhere. Unless you have another site than the one that shows your current specials.

The store is really well equipped, lots of good finds and overall a good span of products. However, the store front employees were indifferent to me and seemed unprofessional. When I went to the cafe, I was excited to eat, however it took the cafe 25 minutes to make me a sandwich and ring me out. When I finally got to eat my sandwich, I found a hair in it. I will not be returning ever again, the staff mean well, but are extremely slow and inefficient. Try Rollin Oats or Abbys for a much better experience and a cafe with much more variety.

I highly recommend this store, they have a great selection of products and they have awesome sales on all products, BOGO kind of sales :) i have been able to make a healthy switch to several products because of their great prices. Enroll to their email and you will get the email with the sale of the week . they just open a cafe, and is a great resource for those that are looking for fresh wholesome organic food and juices. Loce the place.

Love this store and staffs are very friendly. They even carry items that I thought they wouldnt carry. I used to cringed at the fact that a lot of the health stores around tampa bay are a ripped off but glad that I found this store with great price that even beat online prices (depend on the sales week).

I havent been in there yet and the few times I did go by it was closed, but I cant wait to get in there. I plan to call in order to get the schedule. From the several visits, it looked like a super place to be in. I will get a chance...soon.

I went there looking for healthy or vegan food options, but was told they stopped serving food 7 months ago. Just a heads up if you are looking for food. Their smoothies were good though.
