Really appreciate the service provided at this location. Not only is the manager VERY helpful and knowledgeable whenever Ive needed assistance but his staff is as well. Im really glad I buy all my parts at this location and have come to know this friendly staff. It came in really handy when I had to purchase a part for my vehicle at a Georgia location, unexpectedly. The Georgia location could not locate what I needed in their system, however, I was able to contact this Autozone location, they looked at my history of purchases and was able to tell the Georgia store location exactly what I needed.

Customer service here was absolutely horrible!!!! They damaged a part on my car and refused to fix it. Not only did they lie to me, but they treated me with such disrespect i was left in shock! They did not once apologize, after going there twice trying to get a replacement part. I contacted corporate, and only after talking to corporate did they agree to replace my part. They even tried to bribe me with $5 as i was speaking on the phone with corporate. Do not go here. Dont even bother.

Save your receipts! While they do have most parts on hand for (almost) all modern cars, certain staff members can have a little bit of trouble identifying correct part numbers if there are multiple versions. Getting the correct parts was, and is, no issue; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Store is very clean and well organized, will definitely keep this location in mind if I need to make an emergency stop, or to pick up something.

Super people usually, except one (manager)? Tall, light skined, African-American female. She had no customer skills, and I caught her in a lie. Maybe she just has a problem with white women? (I dont know) I will take my business elsewhere.

The majority of the employees who work there are happy to help you, and theyve almost always had everything that Ive needed for my car. Some employees will try to upsell to people who dont know alot about cars, though.

Its an auto zone. You wish you didnt have to go because it means theres something up with your car, but the staff is nice and helpful.
