I stopped by the Maineville location to see about buying a fuse for the lighter in my car. Not being very knowledgeable about cars I asked the young man that worked there is he could help me locate and change the fuse for me, which he was more than happy to do. The customer service was over and above what I expected, thank you AutoZone for you help.

I basically know nothing when it comes to cars! I have youtubed a few videos on how to just change a simple light bulb, but when I go to AutoZone they do it for me! The staff has always been very friendly and they dont look down on me because I dont know how to do it myself. I will always go to them for my car needs.

Nice place, well stocked & clean. But the new manager is..... Stated she couldnt help us cause she was only there that day as a driver & walked right past us and made us wait for the only other employee working that day!

Updated to 3 starts only. Always a painfully long wait. Under staffed. Very clean and well organized store. Helpful staff. Sometimes they are pushing some promotions deals but it isnt that annoying.

Friendly, knowledgeable people. They sell car parts but, when I told them i needed a belt for my lawn mower they said, lets see what you have. Thats how to help a customer. Thanks AutoZone.
