Walked in- no one else was in the store, except for the clerk - said, "Im looking for Sher-wood..." She cut me off and said something to the effect that they are not Sher-wood, and that was it. So I kept on trying to finish my sentence that I was looking for Sherwood acrylic conversion coating, and she kept talking over me and interrupting me that they werent Sherwood. It really came across as if she wanted us to leave with no further discussion about the matter. Well I said I know it is made by Sherwin Williams. Well, she finally said that is our coatings division, not us. and after much teeth pulling, told us that they were in Ft. Lauderdale and closed on weekends and probably werent open on Memorial Day either, told us she didnt know if they would honor the 30% off sale. The whole thing seemed very confrontational. To make a long story short, she just wasnt voluntarily helpful and really came across uninformed or unwilling to share the information. It was just a really odd experience.
